  I have traveled many places in the world taking tours with agencies and this is simply the best. Excellent communication, tours include everything they discuss, but we in particular had a problem with one of the reservations and any other agency would have simply told us that we lost the money and Karlos the agent on site saw how to solve it at minimal cost. Super recommended

  We had a great time visiting Granada and Alhambra with guides Driss and Nacho. Their passion for Andalusia and Spanish history was evident, and they kept us organized and entertained. The bus was comfortable and non-smoking. The tour guides with this company adapt the agenda around the available group ticket times for Alhambra, meaning the non-Alhambra part of the itinerary may vary a bit. You might have a couple hours to explore Granada or you might have very brief stop. Be flexible in your expectations to avoid disappointment. Alhambra is the main event. We appreciated the restroom/snack stop midway through the long drive. The tour guide at Alhambra did a great job too. Alhambra is worth the trip! Beautiful and unique. There are a fair amount of steps and hills, not too strenuous, but I wouldn't suggest this tour for people with limited mobility.

  Alhambra and Nazaries Palaces from Seville tour/package did not meet the expectations set by the tour description. Specifically, we were deeply disappointed by the following issues: • The transportation was delayed and poorly organized. The tour left the Calle Trajano pickup location 45 minutes later than the stated departure time. We were told it was because the bus was delayed in traffic. When we walked to the boarding area, the driver told us that he had been waiting as well, because the tour guide did not show up. Obviously, this delay affected our time visiting Granada and the venue. We had no free time in Granada as stated in the tour description. • The tour guide named Dreece was picked up at the second stop. Upon boarding he rudely stated that “we were sitting in his seat, and we needed to move”. By this time, all the seats near the front were all full. Even after he had “his seat” he provided approximately 10 minutes of information over the three-hour bus ride to the location. • Our bus did not return to the original Calle Trajano location which was stated in the tour description and was walkable from our hotel. On the return bus ride, Dreece slept the entire 3-hour return trip. There was no interaction with him until we reached the city limits of Seville. At that point he stated that we would have two drop-off locations. We asked if the second location was the original pick-up location. He said no, but it would be closer to our hotel. He had no idea where we were staying. The bus pulled up to a curb, where Dreece stated this was the final stop, and we needed to get off the bus. It was 11:30pm at night, and he dumped approximately 15-20 people at the curb to find their own way back to their hotels. We were three times further than our starting location and had to call Ubers to get back to our hotel. This location must have been convenient for Dreece, as he walked off down the street and left us all standing at the curb. Your tour description states that a professional tour guide is provided. Dreece is not anything close to professional. We had no free time in Granada, and the bus did not return to the original starting point as stated in the tour description. • Our tour of the Palaces – We had a different tour guide for our tour of the palaces and gardens. We had approximately 3 hours for the gardens, and one hour on a timed ticket from 7-8 pm for the palace. Our tour guide was the opposite of Dreece. She was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The problem was she didn’t know how to read her audience. We had two members of our group that had mobility issues and were unable to walk for 3 hours in the gardens. After about an hour, several people on several occasions asked if she could point out an area they could sit down and then rejoin the group before they went into the palace. She stated that “the Alhambra gardens were very expansive, and there was a lot to see”. She seemed unable to understand that these people were experiencing physical limitations and could not keep up with the group. She just kept on going, leaving people tired, frustrated, and struggling to keep up. These issues caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, and we believe that the service provided did not represent the normally high standards we’ve come to expect from booking a tour through Viator or Tripadvisor.

  I did in total three daytrisp. The one to Cadiz was not so god as we also had people going to se a horse show and that slowed down evrything so the actual time in Cadiz was very short. The Gibraltar day trip was OK But the Cordoba was fantastic. We managed to see a lot of thing the guide was very energetic and it was for sure a great day

  In May 2025, I took four trips from Seville with Naturanda. They went well. I took two trips recently, Morocco and Granada. Firstly, I would suggest that you not use this tour group. They do not answer phone calls, do not return phone messages, do not respond to text on WhatsApp and do not respond to emails that you sent regarding your trip. It puts you in a very difficult place if you have problems. Secondly, on my return from Granada at night when it's dark, the tour bus refused to go the location on Calle Trajano, even though this was the location I selected for my trip. I told them I did not know my way back from the location. The bus could've taken us there in five minutes. In addition, there were two other women on the bus that chose Calle Trajano. These two women said they took a trip the day before and they also were told they needed to figure out their way back alone and would not be taken to the spot they chose. We were assured that it was a very short walk, which was not true, especially when it's dark and you do not know the city. So basically, your safety and your experience with their tour is not a priority for them. If you get lost on a tour with them, I can assure you, they will not be there to help you. In addition, we were taken to a restaurant in Granada that was horrible! We were assured it was absolutely wonderful and that we should all go there. The service was terrible, it was overpriced, and the food was not good. Most importantly, your safety and concerns are clearly not a priority for them.

  I am writing to express my and my entire group’s (8 people) dissatisfaction with the Granada Day Trip: Alhambra and Nazaries Palaces from Seville tour/package that I booked with your company. The tour took place on Oct 10, 2025. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations set by your tour description and the promises made at the time of the booking. Specifically, we were deeply disappointed by the following issues: • The transportation was delayed and poorly organized. So, we were lied to by the tour operator right at the beginning of our tour. Obviously, this delay affected our time visiting Granada and the venue. We had no free time in Granada as stated in the tour description. • The tour guides name was Dreece (as he said, like Greece, with a D). He was picked up at the second stop. Upon boarding he rudely stated that “we were sitting in his seat, and we needed to move”. By this time, all the seats near the front were all full. Even after he had “his seat” he provided approximately 10 minutes of information over the three-hour bus ride to the location. • Our bus did not return to the original Calle Trajano location which was stated in the tour description and was walkable from our hotel. She was a student of Arabic writing and translated a lot of the writing in the palace. The writing repeats God is great. Instead of repeatedly translating the same phrase over and over, it would have been appropriate to tell us more about the history and use of the palace. We had two members of our group that had mobility issues and were unable to walk for that length of time. After about an hour and a half in the gardens, several people on several occasions asked if she could point out an area they could sit down and then rejoin the group before they went into the palace. She stated that “the Alhambra gardens were very expansive, and there was a lot to see”. She seemed incapable of understanding that these people were experiencing physical limitations and could not keep up with the group. She just kept on going, leaving people tired, frustrated, and struggling to keep up with the group. Since our group was so delayed, at the end of the tour during the last hour, it was completely dark outside. With the lighting being minimal and the ground being uneven inside and outside the palace, it wasn’t safe to walk because of the uneven terrain that couldn’t be clearly seen. These issues caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, and we believe that the service provided did not represent the normally high standards we’ve come to expect from booking a tour through Viator or Tripadvisor. Before I post this review, I would ask that you review my complaint and offer appropriate resolution. I am requesting a full refund for the eight people that were booked for this disastrous day.   Fantastic day had to Granada/Alhambra. The tour was well organized by our escort Petra. The return trip was pleasant because the bus had all the comforts and we got a lot of information in between. In the Alhambra itself we had a good guide named Juan. Who showed us as much as possible and knew how to tell a lot there too. Highly recommended!!!

• Paid for entry ticket but arrived and no ticket. Refused to answer calls and text.

  This company does not provide the service paid for and provides no communication or responses to phone calls and text. I booked and paid for the Alhambra inside tour with guide weeks ago. They even text yesterday (Saturday) about a change to meet at their office. Today we meet at the office and head to Granada. It was not until I arrived at the Alhambra, 2.5 hours later, they text to say I have no entry you let and it was a system error. No response to my immediate return text about a refund or anything else as well as I called 5 times and no response. A whole day ruined because they want to keep my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! There are other options.

  Great experience , Guide Pio was extremely thorough and had in-depth knowledge of the place and the environment. Her method of ensuring, what she is trying to explain is fully understood by the tourists is something worth mentioning. She worked very hard to manage us. Thanks dear Pio / Pia

  Set off in the morning to see the Alhambra of course and discover that you only have the entrance at 4.30pm: made the route in a hurry with a guide who spoke in bursts as if he were a robot. Poor organization
