5.00Long bus ride but bus was comfortable with a break halfway, it wasn't bad. Totally worth it to see the Alhambra and snow capped Sierra Nevada's. Tour guide Catherine was funny and entertaining. Be sure to secure tickets for inside the Alhambra months in advance. It was fantastic, especially the gardens. I was very ill during the tour but our guide, Consuela, didn't skip a beat on giving very calming and informative tour, while ensuring I was ok. Wish it was record in a podcast so I could relisten!

5.00So convenient, different locations around Seville, friendly staff to answer your questions and recommend the best options, good buses, which make it a breeze from city to city. Loved the tour guides, especially Pia, who is so friendly, knowledgeable, and practical. Great English and Spanish.

1.00AWFUL! We arrive in Granada and leave us only 30 minutes to eat on Easter Day with the city full of tourists, already this questionable .. anyway we manage to eat in 18 minutes, but the bill is late to arrive so we arrive at the meeting place with 1 and I say 1 minute late. We can't find anyone. The group and guide Petra are gone. Note that he had left us nothing, neither a reference phone number, nor a map, nor the exact address of the next stop .. a guide has the responsibility of the people he accompanies and can not leave without counting the group or without contacting those missing. He ruined our day!

1.00We booked an excursion from Seville to Granada, Albayzin and Alhambra district, directly from the Naturanda website by selecting the tour in Italian. The tour instead took place in English and Spanish. The unacceptable thing is that no one from Naturanda bothered to warn us. If we hadn't emailed and then phoned directly to the Seville office to make sure of the trip, we would have found ourselves on the day of departure with this nasty surprise, omitting the information from their regulations published on the website, that in cases like this the customer can receive a full refund of the amount, indeed they told us that nothing could be done because the entrance tickets were named and already purchased. I found that really unfair. However, we requested to do everything possible to find a solution, they told us that at the Alhambra they would provide us with an audio guide in Italian. Too bad that this, is nothing but an app from the mobile and with I Phone without compatible headphones you can not listen to it. It is also penalizing compared to the cost we paid for a tour with an expert guide who tells many anecdotes and provides you with the radio for amplification directly on headphones. Only thanks to the goodwill of the guides we met both on the bus and at the Alhambra, we could ask for some assistance in our own language. Too bad because the beauty of the places and the organization of the tour itself deserved to fully enjoy the experience.

4.00Long fun day filled with a 3 hour bus ride from Sevilla to Granada and a tour of Granada, the Alhambra and the Palaces. One tour guide accompanied us on the bus and provided commentary about the area as well as conducted a walking tour of Granada. The other guide provided a comprehensive tour of the various palaces and gardens. Unfortunately, there was very little free time to spend in Granada; however, based on what I saw, I would definitely be interested at returning there in the future.

5.00The tour was perfect, our guide Emilio was great, explained the whole story entertainingly and enjoyably, was friendly and helpful. The journeys and schedules were fulfilled.
