Why follow the crowd when you can flip the script? Our award-winning reverse itinerary tour from Melbourne takes you on a wild and wonderful adventure along the Great Ocean Road – backwards! That means more sights, fewer people, and a whole lot more fun.
We kick things off by heading inland straight to the Twelve Apostles –jaw-dropping views and fresh morning light perfect for photos. From there, we explore the stunning Shipwreck Coast, hitting up Loch Ard Gorge, The Razorback, Gibson Steps, and of course, the iconic Apostles.
Then, we switch gears and head into nature with a peaceful rainforest walk through ancient, towering trees.
On the way back, we cruise the coast through charming towns like Apollo Bay and Lorne. And yes – we guarantee wild koala sightings, plus a good chance of spotting kangaroos bouncing through the bush.
So if you're after a laid-back, wildlife-packed, photo-worthy adventure that skips the stress and doubles the fun–this is the tour for you.

We are not able to accommodate children under 7 years of age on this tour, as according to VicRoads regulations they must travel on child restraints, which are not available in our minibuses. Passengers who show up with under 7 years old kids will be refused boarding without refund.

This is a small groups tour and the vehicles are 12 seaters minibuses Toyota Hiace or similar. In case extra room is required, send us a message so we can arrange large coaches option.

5.00This tour was great and well worth it. Our tour guide Chris did an outstanding job commentating along the way and was very knowledgeable and was funny as well. He did a great job managing time and even though we didn’t get to see the rainforest (closed because it was really wet) it was made up by our chances to see some kangaroos and koalas in the wild which we have been trying to do. It was a long day but packed full of things to do and see. Would definitely recommend

5.00We had an amazing time. Marty was our guide and was fantastic and funny and made the day so fun. It was a long day but perfectly planned out and each stop throughout the day was well thought out and well organized. We saw more than we’d hoped for and would recommend this tour to anyone

5.00Although it’s a very long day it doesn’t feel like it! Mark our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area giving us lots of information. There were many stops to stretch your legs and the sights and views are fantastic!

5.00Very good experience, the tour guide Jimmy is very professional, bring us to see a tailless bear and kangaroo, the route is also perfect, very recommend the reverse route, absolutely not crowded, have plenty of time to enjoy the photo fun

His explanations were clear and engaging, and he shared fascinating stories that brought each destination to life. Mike managed the timing perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. His professionalism and warm personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the journey.
