Guests will embark on a beautiful 90 minute ride through Coronado National Forest and Catalina State Park with amazing view of Santa Catalina Mountains. We take the time to personally estimate your abilities and then match you to a horse for your height and weight to make the trip as safe and comfortable as possible. There is a 240lb weight limit for your safety and the health of our horses. Although it takes a lot of time this process ensures that you are as safe as possible as this is our primary concern. So, please be patient with this individual instruction and loading. Once we are all safely riding horses we will follow beautiful trails with amazing views of the Saguaro Cactus and the Santa Catalina Mountains. Let's take some time by pausing to take some scenic family pictures and enjoy the vista. We have many amazing trails so the rides are always interesting with different trails.

5.00Beautiful cool morning ride in the desert. Our guide Evie was wonderful. We had a small group with 5 people. Good horses and a beautiful ranch site. We walked around after the ride to look at the historic buildings.

5.00My husband and I booked this excursion in October 2025. We enjoyed It so much we knew we needed to take our daughter and grandson when they visited. We all loved it! Of course my 13 yo grandson was nervous at the very beginning but was comfortable after 5 minutes on the trail.

Six of us went on a horseback ride for two hours with a group of 16 people. The paths were easily accessed by the horses

5.00Yeeeehhaa, my wife and I had a great time! We were made to feel welcome and the horse women really know there stuff! 💯 pros!! Those gals were sweet and gave clear guidance and instruction. The horses were awesome and clearly well cared for. We had a great experience!

5.00Great ride with Naiya. The Stables and facilities are nice, the horses are well taken care of. Naiya gave us some history on the island. It was the highlight of our trip!!!

5.00Overall, this was a pleasant experience. I just wish I had brought my bandana to cover my face when the dust was blowing at me, which happened often. Ari, our guide was friendly and helpful. She texted early that morning before our ride. We didn't start our 9:00 ride until after 9:20. It was about a 90-minute ride. We were VERY happy to do the first ride with our heat. I had written the tour director twice. It took a few days to receive a response to my first message, and I never did receive a response to my second question. I wish the turn off rode had a sign on Oracle Road. It would have been a bit more helpful.

1.00Terrible experience! Started with the fact nobody informed us riders over 240lbs couldn't ride until we arrived at the tour. As a result, two of us couldn't go on the tour despite paying for the tour in full 2.5 weeks prior. Why wasn't this question asked upon booking the tour and paying the $110 per rider for a total of $440. Only two of the riders were able to attend this morning's tour.
