15.30: Visiting Titop island: swimming or climbing up to the top & enjoy amazing Panorama views of Halong bay.
16:15: Cruising back to habour. Enjoy amazing sunset & landscapes on the way back.
17:30 -18.00: Disembark Halong bay habour. Transfer back to Hanoi (on request)
Around 21.00 - 21.30: Arrive in Hanoi old quarter. finish!

Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
7.50-8.40AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.
Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

4.00The food was a bit inconsistent.....and no implements to eat apart for chopsticks. Dipping sauce to share with 6 strangers?? Had a great day....very unexpected visit to caves...amazing. Didn't swim as water wasn't clean with so many boats diesel

4.00Phong was an awesome guide, very friendly even though lots of people in our group were being rude or not listening to him, he remained very professional and friendly! The islands that we visited were very crowded, especially in prime photos spots. I know I’m a tourist complaining about tourism buuut it just would’ve been nice to maybe check out some quieter islands as well. The cave at the end was the worst part for me to be honest. So incredibly crowded in a few sections that we couldn’t even move for 15 minutes because of SO many other people and groups. I wouldn’t have minded so much standing around if there was lots of interesting history or things to talk about with it but there really wasn’t. The boat crew and servers were amazing, great service and the food we had for lunch was actually really nice! I would still recommend doing if you really want to because it is great way to meet new people and the views are incredible! Overall, 3.5/5 but I will give 4 stars because of Phong! 🙌🏻😁

2.00This area is extremely crowded with many boats. All of the attractions have long lines. The boat we were on did not look at all like the boat in the pictures advertised for this tour. There were not enough seats for everybody on the top deck.
Beautiful views, great guide and lunch but very touristy.

4.00Phong was awesome and a really friendly guide. The whole experience was great. To break it down into parts: Transport was well communicated and organised. Lunch on the boat was actually really nice but a lot of seafood options so make sure to tell them if you don’t really want seafood. MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH FOR MOST THINGS. I would recommend bringing at-least 500,000VND. The speed boat was aaawwesome, it does cost extra (260,000VND) compared to the kayaking and bamboo boat (which are both 50,000VND i think) but honestly worth it, was so fun! I think a big disappoint for me was the cave as the last activity. It was VERY crowded and not as much history to talk about as I thought. It was beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but it would’ve been nice to maybe go to a less crowded island and explore. Was really great getting to know the people at my table. You are seated as a group of 6 and since we were all solo travellers, it was really nice to all be in the same boat (pun not intended lol). Great experience, overall 7.5/10 ❤️

5.00Our Tour Guide Kenny Lad cute and well guided to us all tourists from Air Asia Tour's Driver Lucky keeping us safe in all the Mad Rush Traffic 🚦. The view is just phenomenal. The weather is right. Caves were amazing . wonderful 👍. The Cruise Super Duper Views of the Ocean. We had Kenny our tour guide and he's a great guy . We enjoyed his company all through the day 😃
