Join us to visit the beautiful mountain resort town of Hakone. Nestled in the mountains, Hakone is a place of natural and artistic wonders. Visit Owakudani to see the ever-rising sulfurous gasses from the active volcano that provides heat to the many hot springs nearby. Try the area’s famous black boiled eggs; turned black and infused with the minerals from the spring. Ride the rope way down the mountain to Lake Ashinoko for a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Sail across the lake to visit the Torii gate by Kuzuryu shrine to the area’s 9 headed dragon deity. If you are an art fan, try visiting one of the many art museums in Hakone.

Yoshihiro was very informative and thoughtful as he took us to the various sites. He explained the history of each place we went and let us have some time to explore on our own. It was very easy to meet him at Togendai station and he prepared us well by asking us to buy the Hakone Free Pass in advance. We enjoyed our experience.

Outstanding tour guide, her name is Hiro. Very clear advanced communication, to tailor the tour to the sights that we wanted to visit. Hiro met us on-time, provided insightful and clear historical contexts, facts and practical information throughout the tour. My wife and I loved the day, and so did our 2 kids. Highly recommended!

Kappa was a wonderful guide . She gave us a lot of information on the sites and allowed us to navigate quickly through the area to see more sites. Really a wonderful trip. We have been to Japan several times but it was our first time to Halkone. We will definitely return. We highly recommend Kappa as a tour guide.

Wow!! What an amazing tour we had with Fummy. He was so kind, with an incredible attention to details. He was very intent on ensuring we kept on schedule to see all the sights we really wanted to see, and this was very appreciated. He clearly did a lot of work ahead of our tour to ensure he had the various updated schedules for transportation. The sights He shared with us were incredibly beautiful and we loved every minute.
