Join us to visit the beautiful mountain resort town of Hakone. Nestled in the mountains, Hakone is a place of natural and artistic wonders. Visit Owakudani to see the ever-rising sulfurous gasses from the active volcano that provides heat to the many hot springs nearby. Try the area’s famous black boiled eggs; turned black and infused with the minerals from the spring. Ride the rope way down the mountain to Lake Ashinoko for a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Sail across the lake to visit the Torii gate by Kuzuryu shrine to the area’s 9 headed dragon deity. If you are an art fan, try visiting one of the many art museums in Hakone.

Once you have made your reservation, your tour guide will be in touch with you to plan your personalized tour. Please pick between 3 – 4 place to visit. We hope to guide you soon!

    unfortunately we were unable to use the Hakone Ropeway and unable to do a boat ride. High winds closed both of those elements on our day. Still, we so enjoyed our time with Shovon this tour. He is knowledgeable, capable, friendly. We learned a lot!

    We had Kumiko as our guide for Hakone. She was kind, warm and extremely considerate. She meticulously planned our trip so that we could cover everything that we wanted to comfortably. This was no easy task considering it was Sakura peak season, but Kumiko ensured we got the best experiences possible. She was extremely accommodating and adapted to follow our last-minute request and changes. She also gave us very nice tips for the rest of our trip. We truly had a nice day in Hakone thanks to Kumiko.

    Yoshii-san was an excellent guide! Took our preferences on locations to visit, worked out the schedule and made sure we covered all we wanted to efficiently without ever making us feel rushed. Very knowledgeable about the sites/history. Beautiful sites to see! Overall a great experience!
