Our tour starts from all areas in Ioannina
Stone Forest
Our tour begins from Ioannina up to the road that leads to the place behind the mountain (Zagori means the place behind the mountain). Our first stop will be at the Stone Forest in Monodentri. These karstic limestone structures, located 1,500 meters (4,921 feet) above sea level, look like rock slabs stacked on top of one another. This stunning field of rocks, rising around oak and maple trees, can be found on the way to the Oxia viewpoint and is a great spot to stop before enjoying the view.

5.00The Zagori trip was amazing I'd recomend it to anyone. We had a very full day seeing the villages with all stone houses, roads and fences. The stone bridges were just amazing to see and walk on with the crystal clear water underneath and of course looking at the most breathtaking views along the way. Our guide was awesome he really went above and beyond for us, he had so much knowledge of the area and made sure we were having the best trip and making sure we were always comfortable and understandimg everything. we learnt so much as well as getting lots of pictures and videos of our trip for us!! We had a lovely lunch at a beautiful traditional restaurant as well. This is a must do tour and great value for money

5.00Ioannis is an amazing guide and expert on so many aspects of the region which he clearly loves. I cannot imagine there is anybody more qualified to bring the area to life . The trip was exactly as described with all stops and points of interest covered at a suitably leisurely pace , with time for a lovely lunch. Thoroughly recommended.
