We had to wait for about an hour for the driver after we came out of customs. The driver informed that he did come earlier once in the morning @ 9 am but our actual arrival time was 1620. Other than the above, the driver was steady and the ride to Southampton was smooth.

Our driver called us and was front line just as we left baggage pickup. We started off right away and had a smooth ride directly to our hotel door.

Driver was great! We were a little confused regarding pick up spot at Heathrow but we found it pretty easily!
It’s awful to have to wait over an hour after you paid $400.00 for a ride to Southampton and there is no driver

Terrible service. They forgot about our $400.00 ride from LHR to Southampton. Nobody was there to pick us up. I texted Viator and they had to find another driver to get us. We had to wait for an hour to get another driver. Very bad service
