If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges
The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.

You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name board with your name, your flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal when your flight has landed and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

5.00This was the perfect transfer from LHR to Southampton. Communication with the company was great. Be sure to be mindful of your suitcase amount. I needed to add an extra passenger to have a van that fit all the luggage.

5.00I can't say enough about these guys. We had a decent sized group on a 2 week vacation. As you can imagine we had a ton of luggage given the length of our trip. I thought for sure my many emails asking questions would have driven them crazy but they were extremely patient with me and helped me coordinate not only our transfer to Southampton but its return as well. They arrived on schedule on both ends - the drivers were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. You can't get better service than with EC Minibus - 5 Stars in my book

5.00Had flight issues of course, when we arrived at the airport we had to fly out 2 hours earlier. Since it was the middle of the night in London I emailed about the changes went to sleep and when we arrive we had your message that the driver was informed and to get as plan but earlier. 5.00Our driver was amazing. He was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. He gathered 2 pieces from us and we all then walked to the large van we had ordered. He put all our luggage in the back of the van as we got into the van. The van was very comfortable and our driver was a very good driver. He stopped at our first hotel and dropped off some of our group and then continued on to our hotel. Thank you to a wonderful driver and a great experience.
