You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name board with your name, your flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal when your flight has landed and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

5.00Had flight issues of course, when we arrived at the airport we had to fly out 2 hours earlier. Since it was the middle of the night in London I emailed about the changes went to sleep and when we arrive we had your message that the driver was informed and to get as plan but earlier. You guys were great. Thank you

5.00Our driver was amazing. He was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. He gathered 2 pieces from us and we all then walked to the large van we had ordered. He put all our luggage in the back of the van as we got into the van. The van was very comfortable and our driver was a very good driver. He stopped at our first hotel and dropped off some of our group and then continued on to our hotel. Thank you to a wonderful driver and a great experience.
