Our licensed local safari guides lead this small-group walking safari through Victoria Falls Town, offering real insight into Zimbabwean culture, daily life, and hidden gems beyond the usual tourist routes.
We visit the historic train station of the Cape-to-Cairo railway, pass the The Kingdom Hotel—inspired by the ancient Great Zimbabwe—and the iconic Victoria Falls Hotel.
Unlike standard town tours, we continue into the bush, where wildlife such as impalas, baboons, and warthogs may be seen. The highlight is a panoramic outlook over the Zambezi River, Batoka Gorge, and the Victoria Falls Bridge—one of the area’s true hidden viewpoints.

From our meeting point, our desk at the N1 Hotel, you begin a guided relaxed small-group walking safari through Victoria Falls Town, passing local restaurants, shops, and markets while gaining insight into everyday life, culture, and traditions in Zimbabwe. We continue to the historic Victoria Falls Train Station and view the iconic Victoria Falls Hotel, learning about the town’s colonial history and its role in the old Cape-to-Cairo railway vision. From here, we leave town behind and walk about 10 minutes through the bush, where we may encounter wildlife such as baboons, warthogs, impalas, bushbuck, and occasionally even elephants or buffalo. Our walk leads to a stunning panoramic viewpoint overlooking the Batoka Gorge, the Zambezi River, and the Victoria Falls Bridge—one of the region’s true hidden gems. We then return along the same route, with further chances for wildlife sightings, all guided safely by a licensed local expert for an authentic and immersive experience.

2.00It was a nice walk, but roughly 30% of the time we spent on some market where sellers were trying to sell their stuff to me and were expecting me to buy. Just don't appreciate being treated like a wallet

5.00Much more fun than in a Minibus. Price Tee walked me where four wheels couldn't reach. Tour of the Railway Station, track through the bush etc

5.00Prince Tee was so friendly and welcoming. He was patient and explained this extremely well, even well enough for our 5 year old to understand. He had a great eye for wildlife, too! I wish we could have done one of his game rides because I’m sure he’d know exactly how to spot the animals. Definitely recommend!

5.00Lovely way to get a little overview of Victoria Falls town, see the gorge and a bit of the falls, plus be able to set foot in Zambia in a no-hassles sort of way. Guide was friendly and gave us lots of good local information and tips, views were beautiful. We saw warthog, baboons, vervet monkeys, and a cape buffalo during our walk.

5.00Prince Tee was the only born and reared in Victoria Falls guide I met. I enjoyed his walking tour of the town, it was obvious that he likes his town and knows it and it's people very well. A very pleasant tour and a great orientation of the town and it's history.

5.00Our guide made the difference, he led us through a fun and entertaining tour of the city, the people, the animals and plants, for example when we came across the warthogs, the bushbucks and various bird species, he was extraordinary, he was born Das. We never got bored, in fact we do this tour again in combination with a game drive from Savannah Adventures. Thank you Victoria Falls, A big thank you to everyone involved
