9:15 am: You will arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels site before the majority of larger bus tours arrive. Watch a brief introductory ‘propaganda’ video to the Cu Chi area. 9:30 am: Explore the tunnel site, which includes weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic Viet Cong tunnel, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunitions etc.), a firing range and much more. Try the local cassava root that sustained Viet Cong fighters for years. 11:30 am: Enjoy a delicious traditional Vietnamese traditional lunch by the river. 12:30 am: Say goodbye to Cu Chi Tunnel and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

5.00Chi was an excellent guide and managed to time everything so we avoided the worst of the crowds. He was funny, knowledgeable a s very personable.The speedboat transfer was great in the heat and much more enjoyable than bus.

5.00We had a fabulous trip by boat to the Cu Chi tunnels. All communication in the days prior was very clear and organized. Mr Chi our tour guide was extremely informative and entertaining. We were with a great bunch of other guests and everyone had a great day. The boat trip was fast and we were on location well ahead of the buses. A great tour seeing the tunnels and added in the shooting range. A lovely traditional lunch was included. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.

5.00We have visited Cu Chi several times and have been by car and by boat and without doubt going by boat with Saigon River Tours is the best. The boat ride there is far more interesting than sitting in traffic in a hot car or bus and it is also a lot quicker as well.. Our guide this time was Danny and he was fantastic. Really knowledgeable but delivers his knowledge in a really engaging and humorous way.. Out of all the times we’ve been he would be the best guide we’ve had and we learnt numerous things we had never heard before. Just a wonderful experience
