5.00Born and raised in Vietnam so I didn’t have much expectation when I bought the tour. I bought it mainly for my in-laws who are Americans and visiting Vietnam for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, and the service provided by the tour guides. Every single dish we tried during this tour was outstanding. My parents in-law loved the food and the bike ride. We booked the 6-9pm time slot so there was not much traffic during that time. Highly recommend this tour to both foreigners and “viet kieu”.

5.00I had an amazing experience with Snow, Star, Kim and Helen on the Zero Tourist Food Tour! There were 4 people on the tour and each of us rode with one of the guides on their motorbikes. They provided helmets and drove safely, and we saw so much of the city—6 districts, and very different ones at that. Chinatown, highways, river, alleyways, flower market, etc. The guides were amazing—all four were really friendly and seemed excited to be there. While they were excited to share stories about their city and tell us about the food, it also didn’t feel like they were just guides; the vibe was closer to that of visiting a friend and having them show you around town. The food was AMAZING—we had 8-9 different dishes at 6 different stops, most of which I could not have found by myself and none of which I would have known to stop at, even if I had miraculously wound up at the door. Highlights were turmeric duck soup, deep fried bread balls filled with sweet taro paste, and savory little mung bean/taro pancakes topped with beef. This was my favorite thing I did in Saigon and one of my favorite tours I’ve ever been on in any country! Highly recommend :)

5.0010/10 would recommend taking the food tour. We had Star and Lucas who had the best energy- we felt lucky to hang with them for the night! We tried food we hadn’t tried the entirety of our trip. The tour was also so much more than just eating (amazing) food- we also got to chat with our guides and learn about Vietnamese culture.

From start to finish, our guides were friendly, funny and we were able to experience Saigon from a local lense. Come with an open mind, and empty tummy! Highly recommended!

5.00Me and my boyfriend did this tour yesterday at 5pm and it was soooooo good! It really felt like we were out with a bunch of friends just eating good food. It was chill, nice to see the different districts and the food being good is an understatement. 100% would recommend. Shoutout to our guides Helen and Tammy 🫶🏽

5.00An amazing experience with Saigon Happy Tour! We had an exceptional time. The food was delicious, authentic and really local, far from the classic tourist circuits. The scooter ride was super fun and allowed us to discover the city in a unique way. The drivers are excellent and very careful, we feel totally safe from start to finish. The guides are funny, passionate and speak perfect English, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend 100%, it is without hesitation one of the best moments of our stay in Vietnam!

5.00This was one of the best tours I’ve been on! The food was good, but what made it amazing was the young tour guides! They were so friendly and really interacted with us! It was my first day on the motorbikes and Kim put me totally as ease! We saw so much of the city, and they were very knowledgeable about the different areas! I would highly recommend this tour!

5.00Just had the best food tour in Saigon with Saigon Happy Tour! Star, Snow, and Vi were honestly the sweetest and funniest guides ever. They took us to so many hidden spots I’d never find on my own, and every single dish was incredible. We got to try everything including local street food, and they made the whole experience so fun and personal. Felt like hanging out with friends who just happen to know all the best food in the city. Easily one of the highlights of my trip!

5.00We were picked up from our hotel at 5pm and were taken to many non touristy areas for a variety of delicios food in ho chi minh Fantastic young people showing you the real people and the foods offered in the city They were all very engaging answering all questions we askked Food was excellent and they drove their scooters beautifully through all traffic jams and alley ways Snow was my driver and she proved to be highly intelligent and a skilful driver The tour ended up 4 hours later back at our hotel My only ever so negative point is if beer is supplued it must be a lot colder otherwise what a ripper night

5.00Had a fabulous time with Vee as my guide. Made me very comfortable on the scooter and had an amazing array of food and drinks - went to parts of the city I wouldn’t have visited otherwise and ate food I would never have chosen but was all delicious. Highly recommend this excellent tour which was very well organised and also flexible. Also super informative - I felt like I got a history lesson on the ride, what a combo!
