5.00Absolutely loved the whole experience. Ha was an amazing guide and teacher. The coconut boats were great fun, very informative going around the markets to get the ingredients and the actual cookery class was top notch, with the food being on another level

5.00Wonderful tour of cooperative eco vegetable farm. It was really informative and great to learn about the herbs and tastes we have had to date. Our cooking class was so well organised that everyone could cook their lunch.... and it was so tasty. I look forward to trying this at home. Our chef Li was vetlry knowledgeable and patient! Thank you so much

5.00An amazing experience in Hoi An. We started by visiting the local market, where we were comparing and selecting all the ingredients we would cook afterwards. Everything was fresh and top quality, and the guide explained to us at each stand what each product was and how it was used. Then, in the kitchen, we learned to prepare chicken with citronella and lemon, different types of rolls and other local delicacies. Everything was tasty and very well explained. The guide was exceptional: friendly, patient and with a great sense of humor, which made the tour enjoyable and fun. Undoubtedly, an essential activity to know the authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
