5.00I was pleasantly surprised. Our pilot Ishmael explained things about the trip and the balloon during the trip. Although it was a cold day in Segovia, in the air it is not cold, so, even better. I recommend it 100%

5.00This was such an incredible experience! Worth every penny. These guys did such a great job. They were professional, friendly and just went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. They picked us up from our Airbnb (which I would highly recommend for a stress free morning). I would suggest using the restroom also right before you leave because you won’t have another opportunity to go until it is over. The views are amazing over Segovia. Couldn’t have picked a better place for a hot air balloon ride and the guys had everything timed perfectly to catch the sunrise. We are so glad that we chose to do this and felt safe the whole time! If you are on the fence about booking, just do it! You won’t regret it.

5.00Excellent experience had by all and most enjoyable. The service and organisation offered was 100%, professional and efficient and assisted us every way with the organisation, pilots and staff speak English too, so a plus for our visitors from overseas. Highly recommended and well worth it.

5.00For first-time hot air balloon riders, this tour more than met our expectations. Carlos and his crew did an amazing job flying and landing. Views of old Segovia from the balloon were great. If you are staying in Madrid and doing the Segovia flight, highly recommend taking advantage of the optional transportation. Would not have wanted to be driving to the site on our own. If in Madrid and want a great experience, book this tour!

5.00A wonderful experience lived on my birthday! The team super professional, friendly and fun, just like the other passengers of the balloon. I opted for transport from Madrid. It was a lot of fun to help fold the balloon once the ride was finished and we were prepared a copious and very rich breakfast with cava. They also answered very kindly all the technical questions I asked them and I learned a lot:) We return home with a diploma:) and a few days later we received the videos and photos, both with an excellent definition! I encourage everyone to live this unique experience with Aerotours
