1.00What would have been a fantastic experience turned in to a very bad experience. I messaged the company the day before to re clarify pick up time. Later in the day I received a message informing of cancellation due to the hot weather. Which I completely understand and have no issues with. A refund was offered, which I accepted and was informed that this was completed. I then began to become concerned after not receiving the refund. I contacted the company twice about the time scales and to inform that I had not received the refund, with no response. A week had passed and I contacted the bank who informed me that no refund was scheduled. After speaking with Viator support they have now arranged my refund which will be another 3-7 days
