5.00Our pilot was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the process and surroundings. Take off, landing and everything was smooth. He even took pictures for us. Eventho just a 10m trip, it felt like forever inside the copter. I and my partner had a great time. Definitely would recommend it to friends.

5.00Absolutely loved it, Pilot was friendly and helpful, I have mobility issues and he helped me physically access the chopper. Trip was only short but. Helicopter ride was a bucket list item for me. Can thoroughly recommend. Barry

5.00Took our Red Balloon experience today with HV Helicopters, and despite rainy weather, we had a great time! Grayson our pilot was great at pointing out all the places we know in the Hunter Valley from driving, but look so different from the air!

5.00It was our first time ride in helicopter, we were greeted really nicely by the pilot, he took our pictures, explained us the safety procedure as well. Even our 16 month old baby was great in the flight. It was awesome experience, must do for everyone once in hunter valley. We got to see great views and HV helicopters were really accommodating as well. We postponed it to a day later as it was raining on the day we were suppose to go for the ride. I will recommend them to everyone.
