Your tour will begin with pickup from your hotel or apartment in Krakow (or from the nearest location if access by vehicle proves impossible or difficult). Transport from Krakow to Zakopane will take about 1,5 - 2 hours depending on atmospheric and road conditions.

5.00We had a brilliant experience on this trip! The snow made everything feel magical, and the whole day ran so smoothly. Our driver, Kacper, was absolutely amazing — so friendly and welcoming, and his English was fantastic. He gave us great recommendations and even shared his number so we could text if we needed anything, which was really reassuring. The thermal baths were incredible, especially with the snow falling around us — such a unique and relaxing experience. We also loved having plenty of free time to explore the area at our own pace. A couple of helpful tips for future travellers: bring coins for the toilets, as many places charge a small fee. You’ll also need cash for the market, although everywhere else seemed to take card. Overall, it was an unforgettable trip — highly recommend!

5.00From start to finish the day was perfect. We were picked up from the doorstep of our hotel at the exact time agreed with a 5 minute warning. Our driver made the trip exciting and informative. He was so polite and couldn't do enough to help. We had lots of facts and details explained as the day went on. The views from the top of the mountains are breathtaking and the town Zakopane is really pretty with lots to see and do. The thermal spa was the perfect end to the day especially as there was snow everywhere making it extra cosy in the 38c outdoor spa pools. I would like to thank Milo and the team for putting on such a successful day.

5.00The trip was amazing, our guide Milo was incredible and very knowledgeable. The village and cheese tasting were a great addition. The views from the top of the mountain were unreal and the thermal baths were the perfect ending. Well worth the money.

5.00Me and my partner went on this tour in mid November. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! It started with easy hotel pickup followed by scenic drives up to Zakopane. We had a detailed timed itinerary with plenty of time at each destination to explore what each stop had to offer. Finishing in the relaxing thermal baths! The tour was made even better by our guide Milo! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He gave us interesting facts and information about each activity and stop as well as the local culture. He even gave us a list of recommendations for activities, food and drink while in Zakopane which made the endless choices a lot easier! He gave us good directions to navigate Zakopane and ensure we didn’t get lost and was overall a brilliant, friendly, funny and informative guide! Thank you Milo !!

5.00The tour was 10/10 from start to finish. Our guide Mathew was excellent couldn’t recommend him enough made everything ruin so smoothly and good communication. We had an amazing day and the snow really made it even better. Would recommend to anyone gorgeous day for both adult and kids the thermal baths was so nice at the end of the day.

5.00Fantastic trip ,long day but worth it. You stop for vodka and cheese tasting for 30mins, then onto zakapone itself where you have 2-3 hours to go up the mountain on cable car then come back to walk around the market, before heading for thermal spa which is amazing, 2 outdoor pools one with a bar, or if u prefer go inside to use multiple pools and jacuzzis. Our driver who's name was Oscar was very helpful , knowledgeable, friendly, and drove exceptionally well in poor conditions, and we later found out he was only 19 year old. Would definitely use viator again.
