5.00This was a pretty seamless process. After we walked out after immigration we could see our name listed and upon approaching a person who appeared to be coordinating things, we had s short wait before being walked to our driver. The price was very reasonable and the drive into Kuala Lumpur to our hotel straightforward. I will say we booked a different company to get to the airport for our departure three days later and that was another story altogether, but happy to recommend this company.

4.00Coming off a 14 hour trip, it was great to have meet and great outside the arrivals area. Unfortunately the driver assigned to us drove slowly but more concerning was driving in 2 lanes most of the time. This was an hour drive, so a bit unsettling. But overall process by the company was great, just maybe a slight concern on the quality of our driver. He also missed the turn so had to double back a bit, adding time. Our driver on the same trip 4 days later was much better and didn't miss the turnoff.

5.00This was domestic, so no meet and greet like International arrivals. But driver assigned messaged a day ahead, then communication after arrival straight forward. Nice comfortable car and a good driver made the 1 hour trip easy. This experience was good, especially at 11pm....

5.00My brother and I met Ms. Jeya who greeted us and Mr. Abbas who was patiently waiting for us on time at the airport. I appreciated the quiet scenic route and how Mr. Abbas pointed out the landmarks as we went into the city. Beautiful morning, appreciate how the car smells good/ brand new, a smooth ride and seamless drive and transfer. Worth the price. Would highly recommend. Only staying for 3 days. Best for those who are first timers in Kuala Lumpur.

5.00We had a great travel experience with UK as our driver. UK was extremely helpful throughout the trip, very polite, and always made sure we were comfortable. The driving was safe, smooth, and relaxing, which made the whole journey enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended!

1.00We re ordered the taxi and it did not come for 45 mins. We were calling the driver but he did not pick up. We checked every car in both pick up levels and he was not there.

5.00Great communication and service prior to arrival. Clear sign at airport and friendly staff. They personally escorted us from airport exit to waiting van. Driver excellent and very safe driver. Van clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
