Escape from the heat of Kuala Lumpur city for a day and appreciate the cooler climate at Genting Highlands, Malaysia. A hill resort north of Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands is home to an indoor/outdoor theme park, shopping complex, restaurants and more, which you can enjoy at your leisure. On the way, will stop at the Batu Caves, where steps up the mountain are guarded by a golden statue of God Murugan and learn more about local Hindu culture and to admire the views. Journey to the cable car station at Genting Highlands and take the Skyway cable car over the tropical rainforest. the cable car ride up to the hill is included but all other entrance fees and activities are at your own expense so you can choose what you want to do.

Batu Caves

Batu Caves is a type of karst landform that has a series of caves and cave temples. Batu Caves is an iconic and popular tourist attraction which is must to visit. Here you can find must-sees, hidden gems, history, cultural treasures, and more. A limestone outcrop located just north of Kuala Lumpur. Batu Caves has three main caves featuring temples and Hindu shrines. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the entrance, besides a steep 272 climb up its steps to finally view the stunning skyline of the city center.
