Katsuo-ji Temple has been worshipped as a temple of victory for 1,300 years. Today, it is known as a temple that people visit to pray for good luck, such as for academic advancement, good health, and to ward off bad luck. There are Daruma tumblers and Daruma fortune sticks displayed everywhere in the temple. In addition, because cherry blossoms and hydrangeas are planted in the temple, as well as red leaves in autumn, there are different scenery and beautiful flowers all year round.
