  Great chocolate museum with interesting presentation of the history of chocolate and Lindt. There is broken chocolate as a tasting piece to test. You don't forget so quickly.

  extremely bad experience. We cannot use your Tripadvisor email and number to enter. Then we pay extra to buy ticket again and wait for one hour for entry in the counter of Linda Home. you can check it we didn't use the code number to entry. very bad very bad.

  We had a wonderful experience with Emo Tours, and we’d especially like to thank Mr. Sherif, who was truly the best tour guide we could have asked for! Mr. Sherif went above and beyond throughout the day, making our visit smooth and enjoyable. He helped us with everything, including a seamless entry into the Lindt Museum, which we were really looking forward to. His guidance and friendly attitude made the tour extra special and such a gentleman 🙏 Thank you again, Mr. Sherif, for the warm welcome, great energy, and thoughtful care throughout the day. We absolutely recommend Emo Tours and especially Mr. Sherif to anyone visiting the city!

  Total scam! 100% You do not need this to go into the Lindt chocolate museum, tickets are cheap at the museum even the receptionist told us we got scammed. Price is overly exaggerated. Paid almost 80% up charge. Super upset with the service provided, our ride arrived over 40 minutes late, wasted our morning. Do not get this service just take a regular taxi or boat ride over to the museum.

  We were guide by them for our Lindt chocolate museum tour. We were picked up by Karim with a latest vehicle. He was helping us all his information about Zurich and Switzerland. He is a very knowledgeable person. I recommend this company.

  I have been mislead by the offering of tour operator and viator. They charged stating pick up from hotel but there is nothing. Only lyndt factory tickets which can easily be purchased online. DON'T GO FOR THIS.

  the museum was great itself, but the people who sell the tickets aren’t. They charge more than double of the cost on the museum where there is always availability, you just have to wait a little. We didn’t know that why we bought them from here, but on the lindt website they are also half price. Also, it said they would pick you up but no one responded to my messages until the night before in which they send the tickets because i specifically asked and said they wouldn’t take us there. A total SCAM
