1.00Do Not do this tour. Our transportation never showed up so we took a cab. When we got to Lindt, we never received our QR CODE to get in and it was sold out. After much dispute and conversation, the manager found 2 tickets with a tour that we could use. It was a stressful way to have a sweet experience. This is an absolute waste of money. You can pre purchase tickets for 17 Swiss Franc per ticket and taxi both ways would still be less than the $320 for this rip off.

5.00A most unusual experience. Superb entrance and chocolate display. Mind blowing. The actual audio tour is outstanding and well put together. I learnt a lot about chocolate manufacturing. The samples en route were a real bonus. The cafe is not to be missed as is the shop. Just don’t eat anything before you go. An experience of a lifetime. Just 100 metres beyond it is the outlet store

3.00Good car with a nice driver for pick up from the hotel. The price is huge to expensive for that service. If you want visit the Lindt Chocolate museum, go by yourself

3.00We were scammed, payed triple with a site offering a chauffeur to the factory. When we arrived, we were informed we could’ve bought tickets there for much less.

5.00I noticed on Viator that some other companies had lots of experience but there was a lot bad reviews, and this one have only one or two reviews — so I was a little unsure at first. But I decided to book anyway, and I’m so glad I did! Everything was very well managed. The driver was friendly, punctual, and made the pickup super easy. The car was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated with quick messages. The Lindt Chocolate Museum was fantastic — the chocolate fountain, tastings, and exhibits were really worth it. No hassle with tickets, everything was included, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Honestly, this turned out to be the best option, and I would definitely recommend

5.00They are very professional, and helpful. The Limousine Driver is also very friendly. Overall I loved the Lindt Museum. We had a great time there.
