After your London Eye River Cruise take a 30 minutes flight on the London Eye capsule . Experience two views of London's landmarks.

Note that at the time of booking you will need to choose a timeslot, this is for your River Cruise Experience and this is the first experience you will take part. This cannot be changed.

You can then visit The London Eye up to 90 days after the first visit.

Please note: Once the lead passenger name has been added this cannot be changed. Please bring a form of identification that matches the Lead Traveller name on your ticket, with you on the day of your visit, as this may be checked before entry is allowed

Strollers or heavy luggage are not allowed on The London Eye. A limited "left luggage" facility is available

Me and my family were helped by two very kind girls named Niamh and Iqura to purchase our little goodies, they were super sweet and helpful through the whole thing. Mark was also super helpful with helping us get our tickets to actually go on the London eye so that was super helpful!

The river trip was great. The views from the river compliment the views from land. The guide was very informative and the personel were very helpful getting us on and off the boat. The eye was awesome! What a view and slow enough to take great photos. Not scary for one who hates heights.

George, our river cruise Guide. Was phenomenal! Funny and full of fascinating facts on the river. Glad the cruise is first to orient us to the area - then when you go up in the Eye you know what you are seeing!

The viator app or url would never send me the get ticket link. The attendant standing to assist the guest stated she could not assist since my purchase was with a third party app. However a young lady by the name Lai saw me standing against the wall walked over and asked if she could assist . She went above and beyond to assist . Locating my tickets and shared I didn’t have enough time to attend both the boat and the eye . Then she reschedule my boat ride. She is a true example of customer service . I truly appreciate her.

Don’t be late!! Past two tours we went on waited 15 minutes or even had a late caravan to bring those who missed the bus… due to traffic and an accident we were 4 minutes late for the boat. Not only did they make me pay for a rebooking, they told me to go in the boat first then the eye… had we not asked the man checking vouchers we would have not gotten on the Eye due to closing at 6:00pm. So we had to skip the book we paid for the rebooking fee for!! Non refundable. I think it was unnecessary to be so inconsistent- and I should have allowed 20 extra minutes.
