Old Faithful
The world's most famous geyser, Old Faithful erupts with remarkable predictability roughly every 90 minutes, sending a dramatic tower of scalding water up to 180 feet into the sky. This iconic spectacle, which lasts between 1.5 to 5 minutes, draws visitors from around the globe to experience nature's timekeeping marvel. While waiting for the next show, explore the surrounding geyser basin's network of boardwalks or visit the historic Old Faithful Inn, a masterpiece of rustic architecture.
Grand Prismatic Spring
Grand Prismatic Spring, Yellowstone's most photographed thermal feature, is a natural masterpiece of stunning colors and immense scale. This massive hot spring, larger than a football field, displays brilliant rings of orange, yellow, and blue caused by heat-loving microorganisms. Steam dances across its surface while the deep blue center reaches temperatures near boiling. Visitors can experience this wonder up close from the steamy boardwalk or take a 1.5-mile roundtrip hike to the Grand Prismatic Overlook for a breathtaking aerial view of this rainbow-hued spectacle against its backdrop of white travertine terraces.

What a fabulous Yellowstone Lower Loop Tour! This was the second tour we took with Sky's the Limit. We had the great good fortune to have Tin as our guide for the day. Tin's first suggestion was to begin our tour early for the best chance at seeing wildlife. She drove us to the Hayden Valley where we were able to view 4 grizzly bears (one mother + juvenile pair and two individual males)!! This was an amazing start to the day and it just kept getting better. Our next stop was the Mud Volcano. Tin was incredibly informed about how the geothermal features of Yellowstone were formed, how they have changed over the years and “fun” anecdotes about unexpected geothermal events. We next visited West Thumb to explore the geothermal features along the lakeside. Tin shared the extraordinary history of the area, especially in regard to the original exploration and establishment of Yellowstone. We had our delicious catered picnic lunch* at the Old Faithful Inn where we learned the colorful history of the Inn and also met local artists. We were thrilled to watch Old Faithful, but also had the good fortune to see The Grand Geyser erupt first – it was amazing and beautiful! Tin then took us to the Grand Prismatic Hot Spring. We walked along the adjacent river observing the surrounding geothermal features. Within the Grand Prismatic, Tin pointed out bear, moose and other tracks. Throughout the day, Tin captured photos of us at all of the hotspots – and even a few unexpected candids. She kept us engaged as we moved between sites, answering our questions and continually pointing out interesting areas for us to explore later on our own. We finished the day feeling that we had seen and learned more than we ever expected to. We are looking forward to a future visit to see and learn more with Sky’s the Limit! *The catered lunch was delicious! Our sandwiches were high quality, tasty and not at all soggy! The caterer was also able to easily accommodate my dietary needs.

If you plan to visit Yellowstone National Park, you simply must book a tour with Sky's the Limit. Tin Bindi, the owner of the company, was our tour guide, and her attention to detail made our daylong excursion an experience my wife and I will long remember fondly. Tin picked us up at our lodge (the Golden Stone Inn, also highly recommended) early in the morning. From then on we were in good hands. She made sure everyone felt included, offering plenty of gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary-friendly options for lunch and healthful snacks. Drinks and snacks were always on hand, which made the day feel extra comfortable. Bathroom stops were well-timed and frequent, which might sound like a small detail, but it makes a big difference when you're out exploring all day. When you hear the call of nature, Tin will make sure the call is answered promptly. Of course, the highlights were the gorgeous scenery and all of the wildlife we saw, including plenty of bison (note: don't call them buffalo, as Tin will explain), elk, a coyote, and a black bear. And some beautiful birds. Tin explained the geology and ecology of the park in a way that was easy to understand. The day was a perfect blend of adventure and education. A terrific bonus was all of the outstanding photos and video that Tin took of the park and of my wife and me, all of which she gave us at the end of the day. You won't make a better investment of your time and money than spending a day with Sky's the Limit Tours!

The owner, Tin, was fantastic. She has an incredible knowledge base of the park’s wildlife and geology. She knew where/when to go to certain areas, provided nice binoculars and had a scope she would set up for us to observe bison and elk. She tailored our tour to the areas we were interested in seeing. She was a happy, bubbly fountain of information. Would highly recommend this tour if you are interested in seeing and learning about Yellowstone.

We had a fabulous tour of the Yellowstone lower loop with an incredible tour guide Mike. He picked us up at the designated location and took us on a whirlwind trip! The advantage of a private tour is that you can get to all the locations with ease and see so much! Our tour included a delicious lunch which we had at a beautiful, secluded lakeside spot. Just a wonderful day! Highly recommend!

Tin is the best!!!!!! What an experience to experience Yellowstone with an outdoor and Yellowstone enthusiast, not sure that there is one better! To be able to spend the day learning and being gobsmacked every other minute was amazing and to have Tin as our guide felt like having a really good friend take us out in their stomping ground. She made sure to get us to the places she knew we would enjoy and get as much in in one day. We would do it all over again!! Thanks Tin!!!

Sky’s the Limit Tours – A Yellowstone Experience Like No Other! 🌟 If you're dreaming of a Yellowstone adventure that blends breathtaking scenery, unforgettable wildlife encounters, and the kind of storytelling that makes every moment come alive—look no further than Sky’s the Limit Tours. From the moment we met our guide, Mike Muller, we knew we were in for something special. Mike isn’t just a guide—he’s a walking encyclopedia of Yellowstone’s wonders and a baseball fan extraordinaire, which added a fun and personal touch to the journey. His passion for the park is matched only by his love for the game, and somehow, he managed to weave both into a day that felt tailor-made for us. Whether it was spotting panoramic vistas, or watching a bison stroll past our tour vehicle (yes, really!), Mike’s calm expertise and infectious enthusiasm made every moment magical. The tour was seamless, safe, and deeply enriching. Mike’s knowledge of the terrain, wildlife behavior, and park history was top-notch, and his ability to read the group’s energy meant we always felt engaged and cared for. And when he started comparing geyser eruptions to pitching mechanics? That’s when we knew we’d found our kind of guide. If you want a private, year-round Yellowstone tour that’s as educational as it is exhilarating—with a guide who knows how to hit it out of the park—Sky’s the Limit Tours is your MVP. Ask for Mike Muller. You won’t regret it.

Tin was an amazing guide and took us to all the places that suited what we wanted to see and achieve. We were able to see wolves and a grizzly bear only because Tin knew where they were at that time eating a dead bison 🦬 it was super cool. We didn't have to worry about missing anything or parking . Highly recommended for sure. Thanks Tin.

My daughter and I had an absolute blast!! Clara was phenomenal!! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she customized the day to what we really wanted! She had fun unknown places for us to see and even took a ton of picture for us!! During the drive between stops she was easy to talk to and was sure to engage my daughter in the conversation. I can’t recommend this trip enough!! Our private tour was worth every penny and more!!
