We visit the confeitaria Felisberta, a recovered old bakery that reopened on 2026, where you can learn about the history of sugar cane in Madeira, the creation of the sugar cane honey cake "Bolo de Mel" and the recipe, and explore with the help of interactive pannels and items the truth behind our traditions.
At the end you would be able to bring a souvenier from your experience
