Once at the top, our local guides from Valley Isle Excursions will set you up for the best experience—pointing out incredible viewing locations, sharing tips for seeing the sunrise, and telling stories about the history of the island.
After sunrise, we’ll take a short tour of the remainder of Haleakala National Park and the nearby ranch lands.

3.00The experience was actually pretty awesome and the guides were cool enough. But this is INSANELY overpriced. How this costs $250 per person I couldn’t possibly fathom. They give you a ride up and a ride down the mountain in a crammed uncomfortable bus, no snacks or anything (just a bottle of water if you ask) and take you for breakfast that’s not bad. This was our most expensive tour the whole week and was easily the least amount of service. I would not book this again, and would find an alternative way up the mountain.

5.00Very memorable and special experience. Guides were knowledgeable and got us the very best view of the sunrise at Haleakala. Sunrise over the crater is a ,magical and once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast stop at bottom of mountain was wonderful and great finish to a wonderful excursion.
