With the Maukallaqta Tour 1 day, we will describe the origin of the Incas as we tour the archaeological complex of Maukallaqta, a place full of history, impressive architecture and ancient legends. Our journey begins with the transfer from your hotel in Cusco to Mollebamba, Paruro, followed by a walk to this fascinating site. We explore its architectural sectors, ceremonial squares, temples and the majestic double jamb gate. To finish, we will share a traditional lunch with a warm local family in Pumaorqo, before returning to Cusco with unforgettable memories.

5.00We had a great time at Maulallaqta. It is a place to connect with nature and with ourselves. The views were amazing! Fernando is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and help us to better understand the Inka’s culture and its connection to nature. We also had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Mario and Mrs. Marta who received us a their house to share an amazing coffee for breakfast and later for a delicious and traditional lunch. They even baked some homemade bread for us! I highly recommend this out of the ordinary tour to Paccarectambo!
