Kept in touch with me before the trip and after.. very polite.. knowledgeable.. told us exactly where to be and where to go.. this us my 2nd time using them .. and I would do so again. Frank Morgan was our first driver.. and I have forgotten our 2nd drivers name.. but he was excellent! (We arrived back at Port Canaveral on June 1st if this helps find his name)
