Our Mt. Batur Sunrise Hike & Hot Spring will give you that little bit of adventure you have been searching for in Bali.
The trip will start very early in the morning as our guide will pick you up directly from your hotel. Feel free to take a nap in the car as you drive towards Mt. Batur. Once at Mt. Batur, you will be lead by an experienced hiking guide who will take you to the top of the mountain just in time for the sunrise. Enjoy a delicious breakfast as you watch the sunrise with the incredible view of Mt. Batur.
After the sunrise, you will trek back down the mountain and head over to a natural hot spring where you will have a chance to take a dip and relax in the warm, natural spring water.

Schedule:
1:00 AM – Pick up at your hotel
2:30 AM – Start your trek to the top of the mountain
5:30 AM – Watch the incredible sunrise and incredible view of Mt. Batur
6:00 AM – Breakfast
10:00 AM – Arrive at the natural Hot Spring
12:00 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM – Return back to your hotel

Mount Batur
Starting the tour by picking you up directly from your hotel and heading to Mt. Batur. It will take 2 - 3 hours to trek up to the top of the mountain with our professional tour guide. And then you’ll get to observe the sunrise from the ridges of this Bali volcano in the early morning. From up high, you can enjoy the vista overlooking the large and beautiful Batur caldera to its northwest and the infinity view of Lake Batur on the southeastern side of the volcano.
Toyabungkah is one of the Bali Nature Hot Springs. Located right on the lakeside of Bali’s largest lake Mount Batur caldera, this site forms part of the collection of hot springs around this famous volcano. There are mineral pools with temperatures of up to 40 degrees centigrade, and a lakeside pier where you can take in the majestic beauty of the lake with the peaks of Batur and Abang as a backdrop

5.00Took this tour today with Yasa as our driver and Leng as a photographer. It entailed getting picked up in the Nusa Dua area at 1:30am due to the long drive to the base point. We connected there with a local guide who assisted only us the entire time. The hike up was the most strenuous hike we have done and we are a pretty active 55 year old couple. However, we were not rushed at all and, once we reached the top after two hours our guide took us to a less busy bench just a bit below the summit. We had just over 30 minutes to sunrise so enjoyed the peace and quite. While waiting we were treated to hot tea and a small light breakfast. The experience was over-the-top worth the strain to get there. The hike down was via a different path that was much less rocky but actually easier to slip down. Again, our guide was wonderful in assisting us the entire time. Following the 45 minute decent we were taken to a natural hot spring area that had several cooler pools and on-site restaurants. A simple breakfast was included but drinks of any kind were on us. While the hot springs were not really that hot, it was a nice way to relax our sore leg muscles. We were given ample time to enjoy our time there before the two hour return drive to our resort, arriving back about 1:30pm. So, a VERY long day starting very early but sooooo very worth the effort.

5.00Be prepared for a rather strenuous hike but the views are well worth it! Getting up at 12:30 for a 1AM pick up was daunting, but but driver, Yasa, and photographer, Lang, made the long drive to the base camp so enjoyable as we learned about the culture, geography, food, and more. The food at the summit was amazing too! Our guide for the hike was exceptional. He helped us with the challenging climb and was so gracious and caring. Highly recommend!

5.00Amazing experience! The planning and communication was so incredibly easy and organized. We felt comfortable from the start. They are very flexible and easy to deal with. What a beautiful hike this was! Incredible views and stunning scenes. Everything was so organized from pickup to drop off. Gusde was the best of the best! Really made us feel safe and comfortable from pickup to dropoff! This was a 10/10 experience and a must do while in Bali. Highly recommend asking for Gusde to be part of your journey as we feel we have made a friend here in Bali!

5.00We skipped the crowded sunrise hike and decided to hike this later in the morning. We began around 10 am. We saw only “2” other hikers the entire time. What an amazing day! Even though Tracie wasn’t feeling well, we had an awesome time. Our guide, Nyoman, was patient, respectful and very courteous. For 19 years old, he is a very mature young man. Thank you to him. Peter, our drive again, was terrific getting to and from the trail.

5.00great experience Peter and Jay were so helpful nice and friendly would definitely recommend it. unfortunately we couldn't see the sunrise due to weather conditions but hopefully we'll see it next time.

5.00Our tour guides for the day Aprio and Leeyong were great. This tour was a great way to see Bali and the beautiful sunset. Forever Vocation were well organised and we had the itinerary the night before. We knew exactly what was ahead for the day. Great experience!!!

5.00Esa our driver was up super early to come get us, our guided Setiti was quiet to begin with but amazing at taking the lead and showing us the best photo spots. The sunrise was SPECTACULAR and so.ething you will never forget. Setiti was incredibly patient and lovely. We visited the hot springs after and it was gorgeous.
Majestic Mt. Batur! Bobby and Wayan are excellent guides!

5.00Wow! Wow! Wow! Hiking up Mount Batur was a welcomed challenge. We were rewarded with the most amazing sunrise and delicious breakfast we have ever seen. Majestic does not seem enough to describe the peace and awe at seeing this magnificent sunrise! The hot springs were fantastic and soothing to the muscles afterwards. Bobby and Wayan were amazing guides. They were to attentive. We are so thankful for them as they made this a fun adventure!
