Arrive at Sukapura Village around 2 AM. Switch to a 4x4 Jeep. Here, you can buy gloves and scarves or rent jackets before continuing a 1-hour drive to Penanjakan Sunrise Point.
Gunung Penanjakan
Arrive at Penanjakan Sunrise Point around 3 AM. Have a coffee break while awaiting the sunrise till 4 AM. Enjoy the spectacular Bromo sunrise from 4 AM to 6 AM.

5.00This was a fantastic trip. The sunrise and the time until 8am was really magical and the guide took really good care of me. The drive from Surabaya is long, but totally worth it.
