Fantastic! Give yourself plenty of time. Takes awhile to see everything. We didn’t get to see it all. Ran out of time

This was an unexpected excellent experience. We spent about 3 hours touring this museum. They had loads of things to see and even touch. The exhibits showed Washington's actual tent. It explained the battles fought. Explained the native American Indians part in the Revolutionary War. The only bad experience was with school age children who were brought in to see this museum by their schools. They were loud and it became impossible to hear the audio portion. I believe that, since we are celebrating the 250th birthday of the USA, this will happen a lot. An aside: About a block away, there is another historic house to see which was the first meeting place of Congress. This whole area where the museum sits is chock full of history. A few blocks away is the convention hall.

Highly recommend that you take time to visit the Museum of the American Revolution. Our walk through the museum Saturday morning included the self-guided audio tour (recommended). Our enjoyable visit took approximately 90 minutes.

Take your time and soak it in. Grab all the video presentations and view General Washington's actual command post tent.

We stopped here in about the mid afternoon and we were kind of expecting there to not be a whole lot going on. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a great time even with getting there close to when they were closing. We can’t wait to go back.

Great introduction to the American Revolutionary War for our 6 year-old yet detailed enough for Grandpa.

Okay museum. It’s trying to share history through a modern, contemporary social themes lens. So, visitors looking for a traditional history museum centered on events, dates, and military or political details may want to keep this in mind when considering to visit.

We really liked the authentic artifacts. It was also nice to walk around and sit and watch engaging, short films on the history.
