Aurora 7 invites you to discover the magic of the Northern Lights on this exciting night excursion from Tromsø. You’ll start with a briefing on the weather forecast and magnetic field in the Tromsø Region, plus photo tips.
With your expert guide and chauffeur, you will enter the nature of the Arctic Circle in search of clear skies and thus maximize your chances of observing this natural phenomenon. Then in the place chosen by the guide and driver you will enjoy the warmth of an outdoor fire along with hot drinks and snacks while waiting for the boreal appearance. If the weather does not cooperate, you will be taken to the best places, even crossing to Finland if necessary. Don't forget your camera and passport. Your guide will be there to take professional photos and will also help you with setting up your camera or mobile phone. After 48 hours you can download online the photos taken from your boreal experience.

1.00Very nice guide but driving mid winter in nothern norway chasing the aurora in an electric car is not the best way to organize a tour. Range of the car and the fact that they did not start the tour with the car fully charged resulted in us having to spend significant time sitting at a car charger to even have a chance to get back home. Staff was very friendly and pleasent but the next night we ended up just renting our own car, and following chatGPT recomendations on how to see the aurora (basically checking cloud coverage on low and high clouds in the Windy app) and alone in a rental car we succeded with what the tour failed with, and we did not have to stop and charge as we rented a gasoline car.
