5.00We were there about 40 years ago and the improvements blew me away. the way they set everything up etc....outstanding. From the minute you get on the elevator the experience begins....awesome job. Everyone should do this!

5.00Just arrived in NYC and knew we n ended to go to the Empire State Building, first thing. It was foggy at first, but it was beautiful, looking out over the city. The views were amazing. If you want to get a complete view of the city, you need to go here.
Outrageous fees!

1.00The entrance fees are outrageous! For that, they make you get your own ticket at a so called “Kiosk”. Sorry, but for that amount of money I want more service from a professional, polite person. The Kiosk is charging up to more than a $ 100 to take an elevator to the observation deck. Outrageous! We were there on 05.10.2026, early afternoon and were treated very rudely by an African American women who was working behind the desk at the ticket sales area. Her coworker wasn’t much better. All in all a very bad experience!

4.00Well worth going for the views. We did this tour during the day as we had previously done Top of the Rock in the evening so this was a good contrast. The building inside is nice as you would expect.

5.00Very fun experience! Barely any wait time, security was quick, so many souvenirs to choose from, and a great view. Cashier Charisma’s customer service is absolutely amazing, she definitely lives up to her name.
