  Gabriel gave great instructions on how to access the gondola and train as well as what to expect up on top. The time spent in Interlaken after Jungfrau was nice. We could watch the paragliders land right in the park. We could have used more restroom breaks.

  It was a small group which it made it so much better because we were able to get to know each other. The guide, Zoli, was so cool and down to earth with a very nice personality. It sure made the trip better.

  Hesitant to book at first due to the cost but it was well worth it. We caught the 7.30am train, which was still busy. We stayed 2 ½ hours which was plenty. Had a hot chocolate 6ch while sitting in deck chairs in the snow. Also bought 2 cokes 6ch each which were out of date but then replaced. If you’re not used to snow it’s a lovely experience. The ice sculptures were brilliant. It was a glorious sunny day but I’d imagine poor value and very cold if it’s not. A lovely experience enjoyed by us all.

  Jungfraujoch was incredible but dissappointed with the tour operator. When I booked this tour it showed that you could go by gondola or train however we were given no choice and given train tickets both ways. Also I booked this tour as it said small group tour. It said nothing about the bus would drive us from Zurich to the train, drop us off and tell us to meet the bus back there later. There was no guide. We only had 1 1/2 hours once at the top before we had to catch the train back. We were very rushed. Once back to meet our bus we then got 30 minutes free time in Interlaken before returning to Zurich so really didn’t see much of Interlaken. All this tour was, was the transport to go from Zurich and our ticket to Jungfraujoch. There was no commentary from the driver telling us about anything, until we got to the train station and he dropped us and another couple off. There were approximately 16 people on the bus, which is a small tour, however there were 3 different tours on the bus. If I knew this was what I was getting for the money I would have just booked the train from Zurich and then went up to the observatory at our own leisure. Very disappointed in the tour operator and the misleading tour description that is advertised.

  Swiss Tours- we were not happy. They were rushing for everything and just said - sorry. They allowed only less than 2 hours at the destination which was not enough at all. They stopped at Interlaken for only 30 minutes- not enough to do anything. Van AC didn’t work. It was too warm. I wouldn’t recommend to any one. It was horrible trip. Some passengers wanted to back early to Zürich so they cut the trip short… not professional…

  We had a good time. The mountain was great! Interlaken was a great tourist spot to buy souvenirs for friends!

  Spectacular trip. The weather was rainy and cold so we couldn't see anything at the top of the mountain, but it was still an amazing experience. Yannis was a terrific guide, especially as he had to get some of us to Jungfrau and some of us to Lauterbrunnen. Expensive but worth it!

  The tour was definitely worth it! The bus was clean and had comfortable seats, free water plus it had ports for chargers - a nice touch, just make sure to bring European Adapter. My only thing to keep the trip enjoyable for all by respecting a few rules: water only, no food, and please keep noise levels down. Your consideration will make a big difference for everyone. Our guide was super patient and really helpful, which was a lifesaver given the crowds. They made sure we didn't miss any transfers or get lost, which can be easy to do when you're caught up in the moment. It’s important to follow his instructions and you'll be fine. My favorite part was the cable ride with breathtaking views of the rolling hills and Jungfrau - it was stunning. Overall, this is one of the best tours I've been on so far!"

  Booked this trip through Tripadvisor with Swiss sighseeing tours. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel, we spent an hour walking between the parking lot and lobby waiting for them and no one ever came for us. They had changed the time ahead by 30 minutes but I had no cell phone service in the hotel so they didn't reach me. We drove ourselves 2 + hours to the train station to meet up with them and again, they weren't there when they said they would be and left w/o us. We had to pay again for the train and entrance fee and then get a refund from Tripadvisor. It was a wonderful trip on our own but such a disappointment that they made little to no effort to pick us up when we were there the whole time and we had to figure it all out on our own!
