The Park Güell is a public park composed of gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill, in Barcelona. I’m giving it 1 star because the Amigo tour company was inflexible with changing to a later time on the same day. I imagine the tour would have been fine and skip the line is always worth the extra cost. And to be fair, I was asking to do it after the 24hr cancellation/change policy but didn’t see a reason why they couldn’t accommodate the change. There was availability for the time I wanted to go and I communicated the request about 18 hours ahead. I wasn’t asking for a refund but a 3 hour later tour the same day due to last minute travel issues. I lost my money and the chance to experience the tour because they wouldn’t work with me on this. I think that was a terrible way to deal with this issue. Again, their policy is black and white with 24 hours ahead hassle free cancellation/change, but the tour time I was able to make had openings and to me it was a “we got your money so too bad” type of behavior. A simple bit of customer service and understanding would have gone a LONG way!!
