1.00Booked two tours with Viator travel online, did not receive the service, and did not get a refund. They were hard to get in contact with and said we did not comply with the return policy. When we went to the safari with the printed tickets, the tickets were not valid. The other service was with a tour guide who never came or existed at the time we were supposed to take a tour of the city. This company is a fraud; they will take your money, believe me, from first-hand experience. Never again
