There’s more to Tuscany than Florence. Leave the city behind and discover three other enchanting Tuscan destinations on this day trip to Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. Take a guided tour of beautiful Siena, famous for its bareback horse race and the Gothic Siena Cathedral, and taste typical Tuscan food and wine during a 3-course lunch in a local winery or restaurant surrounded by picture-postcard Tuscan landscapes, where vineyards, rolling hills and olive groves will be your travel companions. Then, enjoy free time to explore San Gimignano, a picturesque medieval village, and Pisa, home to the UNESCO-listed Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Florence
There is no time to waste when exploring the Tuscan countryside! Meet your tour guide at Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal early in the morning. Piazzale Montelungo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station. Hop on the comfortable coach bus, choose your seat, and relax before departing on your journey! The drive to Siena will take about one hour. During the journey, your guide will entertain you with plenty of interesting information about Tuscany, and specifically - Siena! If you have any questions, your guide will be there to assist you.
Siena
When you arrive in the medieval gem of Siena, your guide will lead you through the picturesque streets until you reach the main piazza of the city - Piazza del Campo. Here, a professional city guide will meet the group to begin your walking tour. For about an hour, the guide will share fascinating facts about this incredible city (which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and you will visit some of the most famous points of interest. The end of the walking tour will lead you to the Siena Cathedral, where you can enter to see the breathtaking decorations and unique architecture. Please note that the "Semi independent option" does not include the guided tour in Siena. Clients that have chosen this option will have free time in Siena instead.

5.00My husband and I loved this tour! The tour was in Spanish. We loved everything about it. Julia, our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She made our day special. The driver (Boris) was a safe driver, took us to and from the different locations safe and sound. Claudia, the tour guide for the Cathedral in Siena was full of information. The lunch at the winery place was fun and delicious. Lots of walking, but worth it. Overall, great day with great people. Highly recommended!

5.00Lovely bus trip with nice people, driver and guide. We loved walking around the walled cities, but the lunch and wine tastings at a real authentic wine estate was the best experience! Then ended up at Pisa. Well put together tour!

5.00We had a wonderful time on this tour, which was led by the tour guide Roberto. Siena was a lovely place and we had opted for the Low Cost Tour so we had a lot of free time to explore it on our own and click pictures. The winery location was great and we ordered a la carte and were offered wine tasting for 2 wines. San Gimignano had a good Gelateria and the local Santa Fe flavour was actually a good one, and a must try. We found Pisa to be a typical crowded tourist attraction but managed to get some good photos there as well. We had travelled in late September so to be noted that this was not peak season. The bus ride was also smooth thanks to our driver Luca. Overall, this was one of my favorite day in the entire trip.
