  Busy day. We were contacted the day prior to our arrival changing the start time from 8 to 7 am. We rushed off the ship at 6:40 AM and at 7 the driver is nowhere to be found. Upon contacting them the driver showed up at 8:30. Left very little time to explore.

  First let me say that this is our sixth tour through Viator, who has partners that they depend on and all our reviews have been outstanding. Ghazal was late which created a lot of confusion since we couldn't find our tour guide and didn't speak the language enough to ask a lot of questions. Not a great way to start the day. She arrived at 8:15. By that time we were confused, looked at all the signs, etc. SMH. Before getting to the sight that your going to show tourist please tell them that it will be coming up so we can be ready to take pictures. Not enough time in Posana. Amalfi was great by boat. Our late tour guide told those on the tour to walk faster please. Well if she would not have been late maybe the tired guest wouldn't have to walk faster. In Ravello there's an uphill climb, the tour guide walked extremely fast and kept saying hurry up. Vacation is not a hurry up at warped speed although I realize it's not a turtles pace either. She was irritating. The brochure read 8 hours approximately. While this leads you to believe 8 or 8 and a half hours, pickup was at 8a, and this was not the case. I spoke to the guide about when the ship would leave and my concerns one being that the tour was longer than indicated and she advised that I would have to take it up with the company. Thanks to Pasqules driving ,we made it onboard at 515p and that was cutting it to close for the departure of the ship at 530p. Thank God that nothing went wrong with traffic or the transportation. Those of us on the ship were nervous we wouldn't make it back in time. All of these places were nice to visit but the timing was awful. Due to all that occurred I would give the tour a four out of ten.

  It’s the best way to get to and experience (even though only for and in a day) Positano, Amalfi, the Amalfi Coast and Ravello. Driver Patrizio and Tour Guide Gazhal were professional and exceptional and safely took us to our destinations and kept us engaged-and were kind to those of us who were a bit tardy in returning. We had lots of fun

  Just amazing sighs, and the tour guide was interesting with some interesting facts. And the boat tour is a must.

  This is a fantastic day out with an option to go on a boat on the Amalfi Coast.Salvatore sent a text the night before the pick up in the morning, and he turned up early and clearly told told us what was happening for the day.The boat trip was optional and we agreed to do that which we enjoyed and pleased we did it.It coast only €20 for an hour.All the celebrities houses were pointed out by the host and the pictures taken were amazing .We were both pleased we did it.We went to Ravello,had a coffee and look around.Then to the Amalfi coast,we had 20 minutes looking around and then the boat trip.Salvatore helped with the tickets for the boat trip.If we didn’t go on the boat trip we would have spent more time shopping and looking round.The views were amazing and didn’t feel real, looked like a painting from a distance. After boat trip we went to Positano and had some amazing views where we had photos.We then drove to Sorrento and had some lunch and a walk about for an hour.Salvatore was always helping out and telling us local knowledge.We then went back to Naples and dropped off.An 8 hour tour and so much to see in that time.There was 6 of us in a new air contained van.Half way through the journey we were given a cold bottle of water.Well done Salvatore! Thank you
