You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

1.0Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Wait I had high hopes for this observation deck, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The biggest issue? The insanely long wait—we stood in line for 2.5 hours just to get to the top, only to be met with a lackluster view and overcrowded space. For such a long wait, I expected a well-organized system and a stunning observation deck. Instead, the viewing area felt cramped, and the design didn’t allow for a full, unobstructed experience. With the number of people packed in, it was hard to move around, let alone enjoy the scenery. Considering the cost and time investment, this was a major letdown. Unless they improve the organization and capacity, I wouldn't recommend this attraction. There are plenty of other great viewpoints in the city that don’t require this kind of hassle. Save your time and money!

2.0I would save your money the queues are horrendous up and down as there are only 3 lifts and one of those is only for the VIP’s. I’m talking at least 2.5 hours queuing depending on the time of day. Once at the top everyone is pushing and shoving to take photos by the windows. The area is small so not an enjoyable experience. I would say you are up looking out no longer than 10 minutes. In a Country which is meant to be the best at everything I would have thought they would have thought about the 2/3 lift problem when planning. I would recommend the Dubai Observation Wheel. More organized more relaxed and beautiful views.
