You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.

You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.

Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.

Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Well organised and well worth doing the premium access. You have plenty of time to take in the views with a glass of wine and delicious food. The outside viewing deck was amazing. Not crowded at all. Very enjoyable and worth it.

I lost a lot of time because I couldn't use my TripAdvisor reservation barcode at the reception desk, and I couldn't figure out how else to confirm my reservation. I had booked in advance, but I was able to confirm by name in the end, but it was hard to see the collation of the reservations. We were put off and pre-booking was wasted. 　I was also very uncomfortable with the fact that I had tickets by 23:00, but my food had been reduced early and I had been kicked out 15 minutes early and was paying high ticket prices.

No doubt this is the best experience available to visit the Burj Khalifa, so it is an absolute must do while in Dubai. With that said, all BK experiences, including this one, are oversold, so manage your expectations going in. You will still stand in lines and struggle for seating in the lounge despite the “premium” access.

Firstly I made the mistake of booking this tour myself without good knowledge of the whole package. It’s a premium tour but so little information is given prior to the event that would enable you to maximise the experience. Big crowds turn up for the sunset experience and only at the last stage are you separated from large groups of othered who have paid less. I regret taking this tour

Spectacular views from the top floors 154, 153 & 152. The VIP package is a must saving a lot of queueing time and getting a more personalized experience. Drinking some prosecco on the terrace with my daughter was special.

After reading reviews I opted for the VIP option and it was worth it on every aspect! Having access to the 152nd, 153rd, and 154th floors and outside observation deck was beyond description. Exquisite decor, classy staff, and a beautiful and calm atmosphere to enjoy the views. I spent nearly an hour with all three floors to myself other than staff. They offered drinks and sweets and were very accommodating to anything I may need or want. I ventured dine to the 144th floor and its outside observation deck. It was more crowded, and less classy. Still very very nice, just not near as posh. The views were nice but not as stunning as those from above. Then went to the 125th floor and down to the 124th floor/outside observation deck. It was nice, but nothing special in decor. It was crowded and honestly the views although still impressive; failed miserably in comparison to bring an additional 30 stories above this point. I felt bad for everyone who seemingly were truly enjoying themselves, wishing they could have had the same experience I did. If you have the means and the interest, this was an incredible experience! It’s worth the extra money to fully have the true Khalifa experience as intended. The driver was very polite and early to ensure you were dropped off and picked up on time.

The fast track access and fewer numbers of visitors to these upper levels is well worth the extra cost. The views are spectacular

A unique experience, a must for any visit to Dubai. The Premium experience was value for money. An audioguide or map/plan pointing out places of interested would have been helpful.
