You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

5.00Spectacular views from the top floors 154, 153 & 152. The VIP package is a must saving a lot of queueing time and getting a more personalized experience. Drinking some prosecco on the terrace with my daughter was special.

5.00After reading reviews I opted for the VIP option and it was worth it on every aspect! Having access to the 152nd, 153rd, and 154th floors and outside observation deck was beyond description. Exquisite decor, classy staff, and a beautiful and calm atmosphere to enjoy the views. I spent nearly an hour with all three floors to myself other than staff. They offered drinks and sweets and were very accommodating to anything I may need or want. I ventured dine to the 144th floor and its outside observation deck. It was more crowded, and less classy. Still very very nice, just not near as posh. The views were nice but not as stunning as those from above. Then went to the 125th floor and down to the 124th floor/outside observation deck. It was nice, but nothing special in decor. It was crowded and honestly the views although still impressive; failed miserably in comparison to bring an additional 30 stories above this point. I felt bad for everyone who seemingly were truly enjoying themselves, wishing they could have had the same experience I did. If you have the means and the interest, this was an incredible experience! It’s worth the extra money to fully have the true Khalifa experience as intended. The driver was very polite and early to ensure you were dropped off and picked up on time.

5.00A unique experience, a must for any visit to Dubai. The Premium experience was value for money. An audioguide or map/plan pointing out places of interested would have been helpful.

2.00I paid for a ‘skip the line’ and ‘premium’ ticket which offers access to the highest floors in the Burj Khalifa. The views were amazing and it’s quite something to have your eyes pop as you ascend in one of 2 different lifts to reach this lofty location. Sadly, the organisation on the ground ahead of ascent was poor. Skip the line/premium really just seems to mean you’re sat in a room next to the ticket office instead of queuing and ushered around the place to make space for the many people being herded into this space. From the very start, it didn’t feel premium to me and certainly lacked any sort of exclusivity. We had initially arrived at the initial queue for tickets at about 4:50 for a 5pm ticket time. There was a short queue to get our tickets and from there, we’re ushered into this waiting area which had ‘box’ seating and was clearly not designed to accommodate (at least seated) the number of guests coming in. There were small cups of juice and Arabic coffee available on a little cart. We all got a sticker, some gold and some silver. This denoted what lift and what level. Premium it seems, was Silver and afforded access to the lounge on 154. We sat and waited for about 25 minutes here. Ordinarily, not the end of the world but I had booked a 5pm ticket so we’d make it for sunset. Naive it seems, as we hadn’t event left the Ground floor by then. On the basis the whole experience is shown as needing 2 hours, we didn’t actually reach floor 154 until 5:45pm. It took about 55 minutes from arriving in the first queue to get to the actual experience. Not very premium then and little point skipping lines if the process still takes nearly an hour. I wonder what the ‘normal’ queue is like!! Top tip, book well in advance of your preferred time to be there as the whole process was very slow and as I see it, there were far too many ‘Premium’ ticket holders, which sort of makes it pointless. It’s a bit like thinking speedy boarding is a good thing, until you realise half the plane has it! One on floor 154 (lifts once in them are rapid) via one of only 3 lifts, the lounge area was very busy. There was no seating, no plates and we had to literally chase someone around to get the glass of bubbly (prosecco) that came with the experience. There were small snacky food items as part of the deal too but they were more airline lounge than ‘gourmet’ as the ticket suggests. There were a lot of people just camped out at the seats with the best view so for those of us arriving, it all felt a bit busy and not the experience we hoped for. Best views were from the terrace which was, thankfully, fairly calm and there was plenty of space to catch the views. Overall, nice view but poorly executed ‘premium’ ticket which was simply not worth the 100% premium paid.
Don’t miss the chance to go to the top!

5.00Burj Going up the Burj Khalifa is a Must Do, while in Dubai. Investing in the VIP experience was well worth the extra money to skip the lines, have a less-crowded visit, and enjoy some drinks and food during the visit. The service was exceptional, and the views were superb. It was well a great time!

5.00Took a few minutes to find the booking at the ticket office as they use a bar/QR code and mone of the info supplied had one. Found it via my name. The lounge was great, food was delicious.
