You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.

You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.

Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.

Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

It was great, I loved the VIP service (luxury), lounge and lines. We didn’t have to wait too long; the lounge at the 154th floor was amazing, it is worth the money.

I had a wonderful time. Being up that high you get great views of the area. The elevator ride was amazing loved the suspense music they played as the elevator was going up. Even tho I enjoyed this tour and recommend it I wouldn’t do it again tho too expensive once you been to the top that’s enough. The photo they take of you is ridiculously expensive

Fantastic way to see the Burj Khalifa and the stunning views below. It is well worth the extra to pay for the skip the line and see the very top! This was a dream I have had for years to to this and I was not disappointed in any way. Highly recommend this.

First I want to start out by saying the top of the Burj is amazing. Well worth the time and trouble getting there. However my issue with this tour has mainly to do with their office. I paid for pickup at our hotel, which was the One and Onlyroyal Mirage, a very high end and popular resort. We were waiting in the lobby for pick up when the office called to tell us the driver was at the other part of the hotel and they wanted us to walk there. Saying it was not possible to pick us up where we were. As a side note we had booked tours everyday and we were picked up at that location every time. Secondly they advertise that you have 2 hours at the lounge at the top of the Burj. However they made our pick up at 8:00 after a 6:30 drop off. That's only 1 1/2 hours. To add insult to injury, they called us at 7:30, after 1 hour they called and said our car was at the pick up point and for us to head down there. I told them no way I was going to get at least an hour and a half at the top. By the way, it took 30 minutes to get to the top so we really only had and hour anyway. Also they just drop you in the parking lot and you have to find your way to the Burj which in and of itself is no small task. I would not recommend this tour to anyone unless they make it more user friendly. We have travelled all over the world and have used Viator numerous times with excellent results. Unfortunately this was not one of those times.

Too touristy for us. Was looking for something more romantic. The views were incredible, but it wasn't the atmosphere we were after.
