5.00The trip was great. Hannah picked us up promptly from our hotel and made sure we got to the Milford sound boat in good time before making the journey back to Queenstown. She shared some interesting stories about kiwi culture and made the journey go quickly.

5.00This was a fantastic experience! It might seem like a long day, but the commentary and stops on the way to Milford Sound made it not feel so long. Mairi was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a great driver navigating the twisty roads. I’m so glad I did this trip and highly recommend it.

5.00The Premium Milford Sound tour had many memorable moments. Early into the trip, we encountered snowy weather that required the bus to stop and fit chains. For safety reasons, the decision was made to turn back. Our guide handled the situation with kindness and grace and was sincerely apologetic and supportive. We were issued a full refund without any hassle. Fortunately, we were able to rebook this tour for another day. Although the weather was chilly, we were well prepared thanks to the guide’s advice to dress warmly. She shared interesting insights about the region’s wildlife, plant life, and natural features, and ensured everyone was well taken care of. The views were stunning—from the road, from the water on the cruise, and especially from the air when we chose to fly back to Queenstown. All the guides and the pilot were outstanding. Traveling in a smaller group made the day feel more relaxed and personal. All in all, it was a well-run tour that we would highly recommend.
