  Every time I called to update them. The rep told me they're unavailable and they would send an email to them. Reps were usually rude. I Would never hear back. The driver never showed up and I had to find alternative transportation. Would not recommend.

• Transportation service a no show

  Booked through a third party, texted the transportation service the morning of travel and upon landing in Nassau, no response either times. Reached out to the third party and was informed that the transportation service canceled the reservation moments ago because there were not enough travelers. Left to navigate ground transportation at the airport.

  From the moment we scheduled our transfer the communication felt off putting but we proceeded anyway. Even through text it felt like there was an attitude. Upon arrival we were told to go to the third bench, when we walked out we asked the airport staff where it would be since there is no number labeling of benches. We stood where the airport employees told us to stand, when she arrived she told us to come down to the third bench which was only a few steps away, so it shouldn’t have been a big deal! We explained we did not know where the third bench is and just stood up where the employees told us. She proceeded to say “the airport employees arent picking you up, I am”, she did not come out of the vehicle to try to find us (even though we were only two steps away) or even greet us, immediately she started complaining about how we were at the wrong bench. In the description, it mentions someone will have a nameplate waiting on us, obviously that did not happen. We decided to take a local cab who was much more professional and hospitable. 0/10 recommend.

  Timely and gave great service Allowed us to stop at grocery store and liquor store to get lower cost options for hotel stay

  Everything went super perfect. Highly recommended!! Even with all my flight changes/ delays I’ve got the transportation and got full understanding of my situation. Thank you soooo much!

  The main reason for this low review is because we booked a private transfer and on the way back it was not private. Someone else that we didn’t know was also in the vehicle.

  Duane picked us up timely and easy even with a 1.5 hr delay in arrival the process we stress and hassle free. Duane was friendly and knowledgeable. Def recommend.
