5.00Our guide Edith was excellent! The tour allowed us to see many of the amazing attractions of this dynamic old city with its joyous cultures and terror of Nazi and Communists past We are having a terrific time. Beautiful Castles and churches and The Basilica is breath taking.

Enjoyable Experience with One Major Omission

4.00Overall, this was a good and enjoyable tour with knowledgeable commentary and several memorable stops. However, I was disappointed that St. Stephen’s Basilica—listed on the itinerary with “admission included” and a 30-minute visit—was not part of the tour at all. This was one of the sites I had most looked forward to, and had I known it wouldn’t be included, I would have raised the issue during the tour. The guide was professional, and I appreciated the thoughtful presentation of the sites we did visit. My rating reflects the quality of the overall experience, but I do want to note for future travelers that the Basilica stop is not honored despite being advertised. I hope the tour operator updates the itinerary or clarifies this in the future to avoid confusion or disappointment.
