It was supposed to be a private tour but when we were picked up there was another couple already in the SUV. We need up sitting in a far back seat which was difficult to get in and out of and hard to hear the guide. Our tour started 40 minutes late because she had to pick the other couple up at the airport but we didn't find out about her being late until a few minutes before pick up and we had already checked out of our room so had to wait in the hotel lobby. The tour did last the 2 hours but it was all just quick drive bys and then she dropped us off at the airport for our flight which wasn't for another 4 hours and said she was taken the other couple back into the city center of Winnipeg to see more sites which we didn't et a choice of doing,

Carolyn is a fabulous tour guide and is very passionate about the city. The tour is a great way to get an overview of the city and the history. She had some great stops in interesting places we would never find on our own. A very entertaining few hours and highly recommended.

Caroline was great. At the last minute we needed to change our tour time to the afternoon because of a conflict. She was most gracious and changed it right away. We toured Winnipeg in a nice warm car but stopped here and there to take pictures and also to explore some sites. It was a beautiful day and Caroline had some wonderful stories to share about the area. As a native to Winnipeg, she was very knowledgeable and easy going. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with her seeing and learning about this great little city. Thank you.

This experienced guide has lived in the city for years and is very knowledgeable. We were picked up at our hotel and had a very enjoyable tour. Quite a few stops for taking photos, getting coffee, and walking around. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable! At 4 o’clock they canceled our tour for tomorrow morning. No reason given. Very disrespectful service and disappointing after having spent a great day at the CMHR.
