5.00This high tech tour with Damon from Guangzhou Local Tours was a lot of fun. We made a robot do a back flip, got beaten by a robot at chess, and experienced a driverless taxi ride. I highly recommend Damon as a tour guide - he was so helpful in the lead up to the tour as well as being super friendly, informative and dedicated to getting his customers the best experience possible on the day.

5.00We had a great tour today with Damon. It was packed full of really interesting things and was extremely well coordinated with the driver throughout the day. Damon was very flexible, very knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. You can tell he is genuinely proud of his city and really enjoys showing it off to visitors, which made the experience even better. We really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend him.

5.00China is developing an amazing infrastructure. A subway line that hits 160 km/hr between stations. Libraries that move books with robotic carts. Blue fighters that bring groceries to your home in 30 minutes. The tour is a fascinating look at how technology is changing an economy and a culture.

5.00Very interesting immersive experience to see China’s advancement in automotive engineering (EVs, hybrids and hydrogen fuel cars); self driving multi passenger vehicles (cars & mini buses) technology; and Guangzhou’s metro system which operates at speeds of 160km(!) in some suburban sections.
