As you know, the Alhambra has a limited number of tickets and a high demand. The tour includes: Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife. Your coupon time is approximate; the exact time will be confirmed by email or SMS. Start time may vary depending on the administration of the Alhambra. Important Notes: Provide your full name, date of birth and passport details (entries are nominative). Bring your passport or identity card on the day of the tour. The Alhambra will be closed on December 25 and January 1; visits will be rescheduled. No fixed trains or activities should be scheduled for the same day due to possible schedule changes. Don't give up. Sometimes there are even same-day tickets available; we’re here to help.

    Very disappointed with the treatment received by viator. They sold us tickets for a private tour in the Alhambra, but they didn't have the passes, they were telling us that in an hour we would have an answer but the reality is that they never arrived and now we are waiting for the money back

    Paid premium and got a “confirmed “ ticket . On the day, while I was on my way to Granada I got an email saying “sorry our inventory error, we don’t have a ticket for Alhambra for you”. Very disappointing , a huge hassle and a wasted day on a short vacation. Hopefully the refund will come at least.

    We booked a private tour for a party of three. Eduardo was an excellent guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the history of the Alhambra. I’m so glad that he was our guide as he made the experience all the more memorable.

    Auxi was our guide and she was fabulous! She is very knowledgeable about everything we saw and took her time to make sure we understood everything we were seeing. She also gave us some terrific recommendations on tapas bars, a restaurant and a flamenco show. She even made reservations for us. A great tour and even a better guide. Highly recommend!

    The booking process was great. We booked only 9 days in advance where ticket to Nasrid palace was not available on the official site, but this tour got us into both AlHambra and Nasrid palaces with our family of 5. Our tour guide was Mr. Eduardo, who was really kind, friendly and fun to have the tour with our small children. He was very knowledgeable about Islamic history of the palaces, which we wanted to explore and learn about, so it was great to have this kind of knowledgeable guide.

    This was a very expensive exercise for us but worth every cent! I am so glad my sister found the tickets. The gardens were breathtaking. Our guide, Esther, was super amazing….kind, knowledgeable and funny. The best guide ever. Made for any easy transition through the gates, etc. highly recommend Esther.

    It was a scam. They charged me tickets to La Alhambra that they never had, forced me to show up at the meeting point wasting my time and I never show up and now they are not returning my money. A real scam.

    The tour included the nazaries palaces in the cost and we were not allowed entry. It is quite a high cost of the tour considering the cost and entrance to Alhambra and was paid to guarantee entrances and exits or operator did not give us ticket for the palaces. Nowhere do you specify that they are optional always in the description says they are included. Customer dissatisfied with the service Guide very well, service provider very badly I recommend the Alhambra but not the service provider or Viator because they did not hate to resolve the issue and did not give the service stipulated
