5.00We had a great ride from Le Havre to our hotel in Paris. The driver arrived early & informed us of his location. I highly recommended, the car was spotless, waters available for all four of us.

5.00Driver was amazing. He translated for us at the front desk of our hotel as the receptionist did not speak English. The pick up instructions were confusing as the cruise line told us we had to wait for private transportation. Outside the gate, but our driver was inside the gate area. The driver was able to call me to locate us for pick up.

5.00Pierre arrived early for our transfer for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from Le Havre cruise port to our hotel in Paris. He communicated each step of the way as we worked our way off the ship on a super busy morning and through immigration. Proficient English. The vehicle was immaculate, stocked with fresh water and charging cables. Pleasant music at a low volume. Cool climate in spacious vehicle. Restroom break option was given. Pierre was friendly, focused on his driving, and dressed professionally. Highly, highly recommend.

5.00Driver was on time and van was very nice. Would use this company again. We stopped once for a convenience break and there was bottled water in the van.
