Upon confirmation of the booking, we will immediately contact the client to coordinate the latest details of the meeting. At airport pickup, we will be waiting for you with a banner with your name and we are responsible for any flight delays until your arrival. We will then transfer you to your destination, usually your hotel. If the hotel is in an area not accessible to vehicles, we will make the delivery to the point closest to the accommodation and, if necessary, contact the reception to coordinate the arrival. For pick-up in the city, we offer two options: pick-up from the hotel reception, whenever accessible to vehicles, or from the nearest meeting points, which usually correspond to the main gates of the old Medina de Fez. In case the hotel is outside this area, we will go to the door of the accommodation for pickup.
