5.00This was a really fantastic day. We did so much. It started in the Waitakere national park. The views were beautiful. Then a wonderful high view of Piha beach. And then onto Kitekite falls. This was a great hike with many steps to get to the top of the waterfall. Definitely worth it. Then onto the caves on Piha beach. We saw 3 different caves and evidence of penguins but none were seen. The black sand was so soft and of course we paddled in the sea. We finished the day with a picnic which was delicious. We went with Legend & Millie and I’d thoroughly recommend it.
