  It's a great experience to do if you're staying in Melbourne. The tour group isn't too big so doesn't feel crowded and our tour guide Marty was wonderful. Puffing Billy was a lovely experience and Healesville was a beautiful setting to see the Australian wildlife. Finishing the day at the chocolate factory was a great treat

  Our guide was late and had very little to say throughout the day, it’s like she didn’t want to be there. No AC on the bus, we were just frying in there. The driver didn’t know where to go and constantly had to rely on google maps. The Puffing Billy train was an unforgettable experience though hence I still give this tour 2*. The Healesville sanctuary looked cool but because of the heat all shows were cancelled and you had to be very lucky to spot any animals at all. That 3h there was a total waste of time. The chocolaterie at the end is nice touch when you know any chocolate you wished to take back to the city will have completely melted by the time you get back to the city (it was very hot in that AC-less bus). Book your own tickets for the puffing Billy train and skip this tour

  Beautiful, scenic journey through The Dandenong Ranges, friendly staff and overall an unforgettable experience on The puffing Billy Train. Absolutely loved it.
