The whole tour was amazing and our tour guide Marty was really good, very informative and obliging which made for a great day and finishing off at the chocolate factory was great 😊 thanks again

The day we went on the puffing Billy it was pouring with rain but this never dampened the experience. The highlight for me was being able to sit on the window ledge with my legs dangling outside. The train its self was clean and we had some fantastic views.

Choo choo train of course! Most fun we had since we were kids. Chocolate and ice cream was exceptional!
No help from Wine Shop Tours

Our tour guide left us. We got on the wrong Puffing Billy train back. I called the Wine Shop tours help person, she said, you will just have to find your own way back. That was it. She didn’t think we should try to catch up with our tour group in Healsville.The ticket people at Puffing Billy were very helpful, directed us to the city train that runs back to Melbourne.
