Puffing Billy was really lovely ride in the hill tops and forest , then a nice drive in the countryside for a dinner stop in Cowes. Interesting stop at Nobbies (take a coat as it can be cool and breezy ) puffins where lovely. 2 hour drive home was a bit tiring. Gavin our guide looked after us superbly and was very informative and entertaining.

This trip was super fun. The Puffing Billy was super fun. You can sit on the ledge with your feet out which is unique. The penguins at the penguin parade were so cute as they waddled back to their burrows. Our guide, Jason, was very informative and friendly. Great time had by all.

Seeing the Fairy Penguins was our high light. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Phillip Island. Our tour guide, Russel, was very good as he pointed out the best location to view the penguins.

John was our tour guide and he was excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip! The excursion was great, but John made it an exceptional awesome experience!! Thanks Viator for hiring quality personal!

They will sent the message via phone but they are rude to let you confirm the booking. How ridiculous? Even already reply the message YES but they still need you to urgently confirm again, how many time you need to confirm ? Terrible costomer service! Also the time is always late, the tour guide always give us the time back to the bus but always late, that is waste our time. The tour guide don't give any punish for who late. Very disappointed for the trip. Never booking with this company.
