It is best to be at the meeting spot 20 minutes early. It is the customer's duty to arrive on time. If you arrive late or don’t show up, we are sorry but we cannot accommodate you because we are already at the destination with other participants. Furthermore, the Vatican ticket price is non-refundable. A refund or cancellation of the Vatican ticket is not possible. As a result, if you miss it, you will not be refunded your ticket money. The meeting address was written on your booking voucher.
Must bring your passport or driving licence, which is required to check in with Vatican security guard.
Please remember to provide the correct document names for all participants to ensure a smooth visit to the Vatican, in compliance with the new regulations set by the Vatican Museums authority.
The visit date and/or time cannot be changed, and the names of the participants are also non-negotiable. Thank you for understanding.
The Sistine Chapel may occasionally be closed for religious holidays and papal conclaves without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding, and please note that refunds won’t be available in these cases.
Your entry ticket can be requested via WhatsApp, and we will deliver it on the same day according to our company policy, not before.
Ticket time may be adjusted up to ±30 minutes, subject to availability.

1.00Couldn’t find the location to pick up the ticket so that we could gain entry so it was a complete waste. We use Google maps and walk to the location which was a couple blocks away from the Sistine Chapel, but never could find the office so it was a waste of money.
Overall it was good service.

4.00We collected the tickets from the travel agency waited in line for the group of 16:30. We waited around 20 minutes. If you pick that time 16:30 there is no time after for the basilica of San Pedro. All staff were very friendly.

1.00I was given entrance tickets with the incorrect date which was one day too late. It was raining heavy and still had to line up to get in. Finally the front guard allowed us to enter the facility and we had to buy new tickets with the correct date.

1.00There was no guide at all for this. I thought there was because of the price. Make sure you have a personal guide when you book one. This was expensive for no guide!

5.00Easy to pick up tickets and line up at front entrance. Lots to see. Bring really comfortable walking shoes, water bottle and a hand held fan as many rooms without air conditioning.

4.00Skip the like is expensive but needed as there is an extremely hot season in Rome. Our schedule time was changed slightly . The tickets were sent as PDF files to the Mobile . They could not be scanned but we have to run to the Office and print them. Otherwise it was excellent
